How do I book in advance?

(1) Reach Out: Send your booking inquiry through the contact form. (2) Secure Your Date: After reviewing your request, I’ll provide a contract for you to sign and return. (3) Confirm Your Appointment: Pay the $200 non-refundable retainer to lock in your date. (4) You’re All Set: Once everything’s in place, you’ll receive a confirmation from me!

What forms of payment are accepted?

Accepted Answer

Zelle is my preferred method of payment (contact@jessajaguar.com | Jessa Jaguar LLC). I also accept payments through Venmo and Cashapp for your convenience. Payments with PayPal or any credit card will have an additional 3% processing fee. A $200 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your wedding date (paid via Zelle), with the remaining balance due 60 days before your wedding date. For detailed terms, please refer to your contract or contact me with any questions.

What is your refund policy?

All retainers are non-refundable, and all payments made are final. For specific details, please refer to your contract. Non-refundable retainers and signed contracts are required for all services.

What is your cancellation policy?

To cancel, please send your request via email; other methods (e.g., social media or text messages) aren’t accepted. Payments made will be kept as liquidated damages. There are no additional cancellation fees, but you may still owe the remaining balance as outlined in your contract. For specific details, please refer to your contract.

What is your rescheduling policy?

Life happens, and I understand! To reschedule your wedding date please submit your request via email only. Social media messages or texts will not be accepted. The retainer you paid will serve as your reschedule fee. There are no additional reschedule charges, but you may still owe the remaining balance as outlined in your contract. For specific details, please refer to your contract.

What are your travel fees?

Your convenience is my priority! Each package has a set amount of miles roundtrip that are included. Anything over that will be charged by mileage reimbursement, gas reimbursement, and predicted driving time based on Google Maps. If your event requires an overnight stay or a flight, those expenses will need to be covered by the client as outlined in the contract. Do you have any additional fees?

For the most part appointments are all-inclusive, just like my business ;) However the following fees may or may not be applicable: Early Morning Rates, Assistants, Day-of Late Fees, Travel Fees, Parking Fees, Federal Holidays, Relocation Fees, Makeup Trials, etc.

What are your hours?

I keep office hours Monday through Friday, 12:00pm to 8pm ET. My primary source of communication is through email at contact@jessajaguar.com (please add to your address book so the reply doesn’t end up in your spam folder). Sometimes I’m with a client (or covered in setting powder), so replies may take a minute — but I’ll get back to you as soon as I can! If you have not heard back within 48-72 hours, make sure to check your check your spam/junk mail folders. If you do not see a reply, then send your email directly to contact@jessajaguar.com.
