With nearly 20 years of experience, I bring both skill and care to every service, offering on-location and in-studio options across Tampa Bay so your experience feels convenient, comfortable, and affirming.
What sets me apart is my commitment to inclusivity, professionalism, and artistry. I carry products for every skin tone, undertone, and skin type, and I’m trained in sanitation and sensitive-skin safe practices so your health is never an afterthought. My clients—LGBTQ+ couples, Black women, and people with disabilities—are too often overlooked by the beauty industry, but in my chair, they are seen, celebrated, and styled to reflect who they truly are. Fantastic Service and Great makeup!
Jessa did my makeup flawlessly and was able to match my skin tone perfectly! I'm very pale and a lot of from-the-bottle foundation is too dark or too orange for me. Her custom blend shade was perfect and lasted the whole day. Super impressed! She was extremely knowledgeable about all of her products, made me feel very comfortable with her sanitization practices, and had amazing service. 100% have recommended her to anyone who needs makeup for events, shows, or weddings - she even did my friend's wedding too!

I absolutely recommend getting your makeup services done by Jessa Jaguar! We decided to go with a natural yet bold look to really make a statement. I felt safe and heard during my appointment. I loved her recommendations for products to use on myself. I wasn’t sure of my foundation color and how to match it with my skin tone but she put that all to rest. I really loved being transformed into a natural fairy green goddess and how gorgeous I felt with my blush.
