HI! My name is Kennedy and I'm the face behind Hair By Kenn. I was born and raised in Moab, UT as a 7th generation-er.. lol. I've been passionate about hair for as long as I can remember. I quickly learned that styling hair came pretty natural to me and I loved doing it so I pursued a cosmetology career following in my mom's footsteps.

Moab has quickly become a top destination for weddings, elopements, and adventurous photoshoots. I've had the pleasure of being right in the middle of the chaos of so many special days and quickly realized I wanted to do this more than just part-time. A Moab local.. born and raised. Betcha didn't know we existed, lol. I have more years of off-roading and hairstyling experience than most people who live here. (I'm only 28 ;))

You found your hair stylist!!
We booked Hair By Kenn for our wedding day and couldn't have been happier with the decision. Kenn showed up on time, did gorgeous work on everyone's hair, and kept the energy positive throughout the getting ready process. When we realized the wedding flowers were left behind at our location, Kenn didn't hesitate—she drove halfway to the ceremony to deliver them just in time. We felt taken care of from start to finish, and Kenn made our morning special. We cannot say enough good things about her. She’s genuinely kind, cool, and passionate about her work. We'd recommend her to any couple looking for a talented stylist!

Wow… and wow again.
I’ve known Kennedy prior to my wedding and knew how passionate she is about her work. Her passion made me excited when she agreed to help me for my wedding. Not only did she make us feel beautiful, but also comfortable. She was so kind to my MIL, bridesmaids, and I. She had all the tips and tricks to solve all worries/issues. She was well prepared and we were all impressed with her thoroughness. She took the time to teach my MOH how to put on my veil too. She absolutely nailed it and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!! She has a kind and genuine soul that you’ll have a hard time finding in other places.

Easy, Flexible Wedding Hairstylist
Hair By Kenn was an absolute pleasure to work with for my wedding day. From our first conversation, Kennedy was flexible and friendly. She took the time to understand what I wanted and worked with me to create the look I envisioned for my elopement. The end result was a beautiful, professional hairstyle and the whole process was the relaxed vibe I was going for. Hair by Kenn Is the Best in Moab!
Any time I am photographing a wedding in Moab I always recommend Hair by Kenn to my brides. Her hairstyles have stayed flawless through crazy wind and random rain & snow storms. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
