I cannot put into words how great cas & her team are. They absolutely killed it at our wedding. From the start of the process to the end, I never doubted anything. Our guests & vendors still reach out about how fewat the flowers looked!!

Working with Cas and her crew for our wedding was a dream come true! We used Willow & Ivy for both florals and coordination and that was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I went in to the initial floral appointment with an absurd amount of inspiration and Cas had no trouble following along and slowly brought my ultimate floral arrangement ideas to life. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional and also extremely easy to talk to and work with. It immediately felt like I was working with a friend who was helping bring our dream to life. She communicated effectively with us and if we had any concerns on design or pricing, she was very willing to change some things up to be more of comfort. I was hesitant about hiring a coordinator as I did not know if it was something we genuinely needed. Boy am I glad we did! We had the SMOOTHEST wedding day from start to finish and I genuinely have Cas and her team to thank for that. She ran our rehearsal and made it clear from the start that if any of our wedding party had questions, she was the girl to ask and she took care of everything. She contacted other vendors to figure arrival times, what they needed, where they were going to be placed within our venues, etc. The day of, she was going back and forth to ensure everyone had what they needed and were on schedule. She assisted with taking my veil off, bustling my dress, reminding us to sign our marriage certificate, found a place to put the remainder of our cake, and so much more. She was aware and on-top of every minute detail I did not even think of. If there was anything that went wrong or not according to plan, my husband and I know nothing of it because it was taken care of by Cas. My husband has said since our wedding day that he will recommend Willow & Ivy to anyone and everyone and he still says it to this day, four months later!

Cas of Willow & Ivy is an absolute dream to work with! Her talent is incredible, and her florals are nothing short of breathtaking. Cas and her crew are AMAZING. I knew right away that she was the right fit for our wedding coordination and florals. Her style is unique and untraditional yet cohesive, perfect for any wild spirit. Cas was responsive in our planning, so easy to get along with, and made me feel so sane. Cas and Nicole handled things that came up throughout the day that I had no idea even happened until days later. I was able to shut my brain off on our wedding day which is exactly how I wanted to feel. The florals were INSANELY beautiful. It was a gorgeous mix of wildflowers and classy wedding florals. I truly can't say enough about Cas and her crew, they all made our wedding day absolutely perfect for us (while being imperfect behind the scenes). 10/10 recommend booking her for coordination + florals. LOVE YA'LL!
