Rosemary and Rue Floral is a small-scale event florist located in Harford County, Maryland creating bespoke arrangements for all manner of celebrations and occasions! Tell us what you're after, we cannot wait to create something wonderful for you!

Our style is the coming together of dual passions: the natural world -- its seasonal flows and its chaotic beauty; and art history-- the drama and emotion that can be conveyed by forms, colour, and light. These two loves combine to inform a signature aesthetic that emphasises naturally structured shapes, delighting in the contrasts of organic textures and vibrant foliage.     Months after our wedding we were still receiving compliments on our gorgeous flowers! We gave Grace our ideas which she ran with & blew us away with her incredible creativity. Succulents were the theme for our bouquets, boutonnières, & centerpieces. Grace communicated frequently with us leading up to the day of our wedding. On the day of, she was on time & stayed to make sure everything was perfect, which it was. The value we received fit right with our budget too. I really feel like we got way more than we paid for because the flowers were that amazing. Thank you so much, Rosemary and Rue Floral, for making our wedding floral wishes come true!!

    Grace at Rosemary and Rue Floral is truly a passionate artist when it comes to arranging flowers. We had a small fall elopement and the Flower crown, bouquet, and table center pieces were a major part of our celebration. Working with Grace was very easy, she has so many ideas that finding exactly what you are looking for is effortless. Just by talking to her and sharing your vision she will come up with dozens of designs. Personally we gave her minimal direction and full creative liberty and everything came out stunning. Coordination on the day was exceptionally easy and worry free, everything was very professional and we are thinking of using her again when we get to have a full celebration after the Pandemic is over. We would highly recommend using Rosemary and Rue for your special day!
