About Petals By Pinto

Petals By Pinto

Flower Preservation

I am so thrilled you are here! My name is Erin Panepinto, and I am a floral resin artist based out of Westfield, NJ. I accept bouquets from across the U.S. I have always loved the idea of holding on to memories through photos and videos, but I wanted to go beyond that and re-live my favorite day in a more tangible way. I began preserving bouquets so you too could have your favorite day forever! I preserve flowers in resin and uniquely handcraft each item over a period of weeks so that you can keep your flowers as beautiful art that will instantly take you back to your wedding day with a glance at your keepsakes.

What makes Petals By Pinto unique is that I have no order minimums. I understand that weddings have a budget and we aim to fit into your unique budgets. It would be my honor to work with you to preserve your memories and create something beautiful.

    The best decision I made!!

I knew I wanted to preserve my bouquet after my wedding, but was hesitant and nervous about shipping them and not knowing the outcome. When I found Petals by Pinto, I saw the beautiful work Erin does and the simple and straightforward directions of what I would have to do on my end and knew this would be the perfect place to preserve my bouquet. Erin was so wonderful to work with and made the drop off and pick up process so easy and effortless. I was able to drop off my flowers the day after my wedding and she kept me updated on the process and did the most beautiful job. I had peonies in my bouquet and I knew they might not stay exactly as they were, but Erin kept them in perfect condition and made them even more beautiful. The pieces she made for me are absolutely stunning and I will cherish them forever. I have referred all my friends and family getting married to Petals by Pinto and will continue to do so. I completely trusted Erin with my bouquet and I highly recommend her to others. Thank you so much Erin!! xoxo

    Loved my flower preservation

Working with Petals By Pinto was such a pleasure from start to finish. The team responded quickly to all our questions and made us feel heard throughout the planning process. Their floral preservation designs were stunning and truly elevated our post wedding experience—every arrangement was thoughtfully crafted with incredible attention to detail. What really set them apart was how they created a keepsake that I'll treasure forever, which shows how much they care about making memories that last. The quality of their work was exceptional, and they delivered everything we envisioned and more. We couldn't have asked for a better flower preserver and would absolutely recommend them to any couple looking for top-notch service.

    Amazing keepsakes from our wedding!

Just got my pieces from Petals & Pinto and I love all of them! I got a picture frame and two jewelry dishes made- they are such great quality and Erin was able to add a mix of all my wedding flowers so nicely. Really easy process, she was flexible with drop off times, was really friendly to interact with and the products came back within the expected time frame. I have zero complaints and will be recommending this to everyone! Thank you, Erin & Petals by Pinto

No, it’s not realistic to expect them to look the same as the event day. The flowers go through a lot of steps before they come into our hands. Events, shipping, etc. places some stress on the flowers because of which we always encourage people to send extras from a centerpiece. Bruising- some flowers get bruised on the event day, when they are handled or shipped. This is out of our or anyone’s control and would lead to transparent spots, we won't know until they are casted in resin. They still look so beautiful.
You can drop off at our Westfield, NJ location or shipping as buyers expense. (Detailed shipping instructions will be provided after purchase, along with drop off address).
Yes! For the main piece we provide two layout choices. More than that will be an additional charge of $35. We want to handle flowers as little as we can to maintain their integrity. They are fragile on drying. The more we touch them, the more they get distorted. If you have a design in mind, send it to us beforehand so we work along those lines, which avoids spoiling flowers unnecessarily.
Each piece is lovingly handmade and takes up-to 20-30 hours of hands-on time across many days. Every piece is poured layer after layer with hours of curing in between. Due to the nature of the handmade process, you should expect imperfections like a few bubbles and little bits of nature. The pour lines will be visible on the sides of every block. The lines are less visible on other shapes but will be there as well. Although our best effort and attention to detail is given to every piece, if you are expecting perfection, I am not the right artist for you.
All epoxies will gain a yellow/amber tint over a long period of time but we use a product with advanced UV inhibitors and it is one of the clearest on the market that is safe for flowers. To ensure your artwork lasts for years to come, it is recommended to store your piece out of direct sunlight and away from a direct heat source like a fireplace mantle etc.
Yes! The process and prices are the same. We do not press flowers but if yours are already dried we can work with them.
