Heather Muto

Heather Muto began her career in event and floral design in Malibu, California where she designed everything from intimate affairs to elaborate weddings with both a corporate and celebrity client list. But, her story started way before that. At a young age, Heather had a love for the pretty little details in life, sneaking flowers off the altar at church, exploring in her grandmother’s garden and throwing creative events for her friends.

With a background in film production, advertising and project management, Heather brings a large variety of skills to the table. She has built relationships with some of the best talent throughout the country from makeup artists to lighting experts to caterers and photographers. Perhaps this is the chapter where our story will cross with yours ... beautiful things are about to happen!

Excellent Work. Wonderful Team
Working with Heatherly Event Design was such a smooth experience from start to finish. Their online portal made it easy to share ideas and get quick responses whenever I had questions. The team was professional and kind throughout the planning process, and they really understood what I was going for with my flowers. On the day of our wedding, everything looked gorgeous and exactly as I'd imagined it would be. Their prices were fair, and the quality of their work was truly impeccable. I would absolutely recommend them to any couple looking for a florist who listens, delivers, and makes the whole process feel effortless. They did our arbor florals, aisle florals, chandeliers, sign florals, & boutonnières. Absolutely stunning!

If you are looking for a planner or florist in the Charlotte area, seriously look no further. Picking Heatherly for our full service planning was easily the best wedding decision we made- I would choose her again and again. She is so communicative, made every step of the process so seamless, and literally thought of every single detail. The day of, me and my husband had the absolute best day and had zero stress because I knew I could trust Heather and her team- and I can’t emphasize enough how much that feeling was worth every penny. We gave her full creative design over the aesthetic and what she created was beyond our wildest dreams- the florals were truly unbelievable. I can’t recommend Heatherly enough- she truly is incredible and the photos speak for themselves!
