Form & Fire is a small event floral design studio serving the Western Maryland, Northern Virginia, Washington D.C., Baltimore areas (we will travel further for the right event!) We offer lush, textural, premium floral design. We source the highest quality blooms and foliage from around the corner and around the world. We use as many seasonal blooms as possible. We aim to compose nature to perfectly complement your style and express your heartfelt sentiments. Our style is textural, lush, refined, and relaxed. We prefer to use locally grown product from nearby floral farms.

We do flowers for flower lovers. If your flowers are one of the most important elements of your décor, you are our people! It's not an exaggeration to say that flowers are our artistic medium, and we love miniature world-building. Examining the curve of each stem, the texture and direction of each petal and stamen, the subtle color plays that tie everything together. We do texture, and love the play between shadow and light-- a florist's version of chiaroscuro. We've styled fairy gardens, fiestas, winter wonderlands, industrial art galleries, geometric structures, overflowing smorgasbords and picnics. We can dream up anything together!

Incredible!
Meg is absolutely incredible. I had the pleasure of going with her to the wholesaler to pick out what looked best a few days before the wedding, and could not have been happier with the collaboration! She knows her stuff when it comes to flowers, color pallets, shapes, and drama. She totally got my vision of whimsy and overflowing beauty. THANK YOU MEG!

Incredible Florals
I can't praise Meg from Form and Fire enough! The amount of personal time, energy, and creativity that she put into making the most beautiful arrangements for our wedding ceremony and reception meant everything. Meg was so easy to work with, and truly made me feel like I had one of a kind pieces on our special day. She was so incredibly kind and flexible. She has a heart of gold and was willing to adjust every step of the way. We talked through the different creative visions and she put together the most beautiful proposal. Meg knows flowers like no one else, and came to the table with so many great suggestions to use for our budget. She truly listened to all my ideas, and was able to make me feel heard. She added sweet touches to the bridal bouquet that was so unique and one to remember. You can tell she has a lot of joy and dedication for her work and her company. Meg's inclusivity and work habits make the experience unlike any other. Form and Fire not only creates beautiful florals, but Meg has such a beautiful heart! I was so lucky to her in my corner for my wedding! I can't wait to use Meg again and her business in the future!

Meg did the flowers for my June wedding. When I saw the flowers Meg made for us, I literally screamed with joy. She so perfectly understood my prompts and turned it into the most beautiful art that I really felt like she somehow looked into My brain and saw what I was envisioning. My expectations were wildly exceeded. She never pressured us or tried to upsell us which I also really appreciated. I felt like her prices were extremely fair and that allowed us to do more than we may have been able to otherwise. Thank you so much Meg, for the flowers of our dreams and the most beautiful mantelpiece ever!!!
