Fine Flowers of Round Rock

Erika and her team executed our floral vision flawlessly. I wanted to keep things simple with neutral flowers, greenery and pops of blue and was hoping to tie in the beautiful magnolia trees that Woodbine Manions has. Erika brought all of these thoughts to life and made the ceremony and reception feel extremely cohesive, despite them being in separate locations. She was very knowledgeable about the types of flowers she was recommending and easy to communicate with on all the things that were needed.

Erika is a sweetheart & her love for flowers definitely shows! Fine Flowers of Round Rock did an absolutely amazing job on our flowers. I only gave her around 6 months notice and she was more than helpful. She contacted me several times along the way. I sent her a few photos of what I liked, and I swear it was like she took the flowers right out of the picture! No lie, I could not have been more pleased with the bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, table flowers, all of the above!! Truly exceptional. I sadly didn't get to meet her in person, however my now Husband said she came to the venue knowing exactly what she was doing. We live in San Antonio and she was is Austin, so we had all of our meetings via phone...which kind of scared me, BUT I WAS SO WRONG!!! Like I said previously, she went above and beyond for us! I have heard horror stories about some businesses and thank the lord we found Erika!! Thank you again Erika & the team!! She is a flower QUEEN! & extremely calming, for the brides or grooms that may be a little anxious :) Thanks again Fine Flowers of Round Rock!!

I enjoyed working with Erika. Not only did she consult my general design/venue pictures to determine what florals would work, but gave me plenty of time to decide if what we discussed would be the best match. Her contract is clear for what items provide what flowers, so it is likely you could make reductions/additions/substitutions early on before finalizing vision/signing contract. She also followed closely to my budget and offered where prices could be reduced most easily without my asking (clean-up fee). I had some minor confusion on how the refundable deposit worked due to a mix of split attention issues, and the refund involving two payment types (paying by check, but credit card needed to ensure repayment can go through). If doing the refundable deposit, I recommend writing down and clarifying exactly how payment and repayment will work so other distractions do not create a hiccup in this area. One month prior to wedding, she clarified that the vision was still the same before ordering the flowers so that we kept on the same page. She took interest in my schedule and made it easy to return the vases when I opted out of the clean-up service. Communication on vase drop off was easy to coordinate as she gave me best communication method.

Fine Flowers created the most beautiful flower arrangements for our wedding. Their flowers were impeccable and gorgeous. Erika is a gracious professional during the entire process and is a very talented florist. We feel grateful they were a part of our wedding day.

Erika of Fine Flowers of Austin went above and beyond for my wedding. From the first time we chatted over the phone to the day after the wedding, Erika was attentive to detail, made sure that everything was to our liking, and made us feel like a priority. She was prompt over email and always answered her phone. When I didn’t know what the arrangement would look like she invited me to her studio to look at vases, stands, dry products, greenery, and flowers to make sure that I was an informed consumer. Erika was also flexible and accommodating in regards to transportation - we had two venues: a venue for the ceremony and a venue for the reception. For example, when the two tallest arrangements we had needed to be secured physically to the stands we used, Erika went above and beyond to come up with a plan to transport the arrangements from the ceremony venue to the reception venue. She made sure that our wedding was stress-free, beautifully decorated, and personalized. You won’t go wrong hiring Erika to make your special occasion the best it can be.
