Flowers have always been a deep passion of mine. The kind of passion that often made me cry just admiring a flower. I never hesitated to take on a project. It was not only therapeutic, but it was a way to channel my inner creativity. On October 16th, 2020, my husband and I were united in marriage. The wedding planning process was beautiful, and challenging. The challenge came in trying to find a venue, dress, shoes, floral design, and all of the above, that matched my distinct style. My husband saw my passion, and has been my number one supporter in extending this passion into a business. This business is truly my dream.

I am here for the unique floral arrangements you don't think anyone will understand and the ones you can't seem to vision because even the world of Pinterest seems like it's not satisfying your style. I'm here for those who feel like they are in a league of their own. And I am so so excited to help you channel your floral visions- big or small.

    There is something so special about connecting with a vendor and finding someone who truly shares your vision. I am in no way a flower expert, but Carla talked me through every step and didn’t even bat an eye when I changed my mind during the process. Our wedding day florals were nothing short of magical, she exceeded expectations and knocked it out of the park. A true gem and such a pleasure to work with!

    Amazing!!

    Amazing Experience

    So happy with our choice to use Carla & Dear Dahlia for our wedding flowers! All of the arragements were beautiful and vibrant, exactly what we envisioned and more. They brought my vision to life when I truly wasn't even sure what I wanted. The arrangements brought so much color and life to the entire day — from the bouquets to the ceremony arch everything was gorgeous. They were super communicative, friendly, & easy to work with :)

    Carla is so incredibly talented and designed the most beautiful florals for our intimate spring garden wedding.     Carla with Dear Dahlia was absolutely phenomenal, and the florals were beyond beautiful. From the very beginning, she was great at communicating throughout the planning process, making sure every detail was perfect. All I said was, "I want bright flowers," and shared a few photos. She took my random thoughts and ideas and created a stunning mood board that captured the essence of what I envisioned for our special day. Yes, we offer breakdown services along with delivery, set up, and flower transfer from the ceremony to the reception. Delivery and set up is included in our service fee.
It’s never too early to get in touch about your wedding, but we recommend having a few details figured out before you do. For example: Have you selected the location for your ceremony and/or reception? What’s your wedding style? Do you know how many guests you’ll be expecting? Typically, our couples reach out around 6 to 8 months before their big day.
I can refer you to one of our preferred rental vendors for decor like tables, chairs, furniture, mirrors, candelabras, hurricane vases, and more!
During your consultation, we will go over all the gorgeous in-season floral offerings available for your wedding date. We love supporting local growers and regional flowers and greenery!
We have a $2,500 minimum for custom floral pieces. We are also working on offering floral packages with pre-selected flower types and quantities.
We are currently considering services for all of Arizona (Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, Peoria, Mesa, Chandler, Flagstaff, Prescott, ect). We are also considering weddings in Charlotte, North Carolina and surrounding cities. Travel to other states will be considered depending on seasonal floral availability and overall floral budget. Travel is included for set up when within a 40 mile radius.
We work on proposals weekly, day or night. 1-3 day turn around unless we are on a heavy production week, then we ask for patience and will respond within 7 business days. We will never ghost you so if you don’t receive anything message us to confirm it has not gone to spam!
50% of the proposal total. The remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to your wedding date. Please note the initial 50% is non-refundable.
Though we have a general minimum spend for weddings, we try to offer A La Carte options. This is typically quoted higher than it would be if you were meeting our $1,500 minimum, and delivery/set up is not included.
Your wedding floral design will be a curated version of all those images combined. We do not ever copy a design from another designer or from our past brides. We ask that you trust us to create something beautiful based on what we show you or what you have shown us. Creative freedom is our love language and we will strive to use in season blooms, and substitute when we see something we like better at our wholesaler.
We will place a 7-day courtesy hold for you from the time we have sent a finalized proposal. Changes can be made until 60 days prior to the event. Afterwords, there may be an extra charge to add items, and though items can be removed, they will not be refunded.
We absolutely love to show the beautiful couples and work we get to do on our pages. We ask that you share your gallery link with us to be able to do so. We also love to give credit to the photographers which goes a long way for small businesses!
