Hi! I’m Katelyn, founder and floral designer behind Dear Cleo, Florals. I love flowers with a little funk, lots of color, and personality. My work is all about creating florals that feel fun, intentional, and uniquely you.

No premade arrangements here! Every design is custom-built, inspired by you, your story, and the feeling you want your day to hold. During our in-person (or over-the-phone) consultation, we’ll take the time to get to know your style, your colors, and the moments that matter most, so your florals feel intentional, personal, and completely one-of-a-kind.     All love for Dear Cleo

    We absolutely loved working with Katelyn! Communication was super easy leading up to our wedding day but I was most impressed by the floral arrangements she put together. We gave her photos of my bridesmaids’ dresses and a general sense of what we were imagining but let her take over the creative process from there and I’m SO glad we trusted her vision. Every single arrangement was gorgeous, cohesive, and well-thoughtout in terms of how they could be incorporated in our ceremony and reception. 6 months later, people still talk about how much they loved the florals at the wedding! Her prices are also very reasonable, which is so appreciated when adding up how much it costs to put together a wedding. Highly, highly recommend hiring her for your wedding or other big event. Thank you Katelyn!

    Someone call Vogue!!!

    Where do I even begin?! Katelyn genuinely created the most stunning bouquet I’ve ever seen. I envisioned something elegant, unique and one of a kind and it was everything and more. From start to finish, Katelyn was kind, thoughtful and created such a memorable piece of our wedding day. We are forever grateful!

    Gorgeous, Kind, Flawless

    Gosh, I'm not sure where to start with Katelyn!! I called her about halfway through my planning process when I realize I was in over my head doing the florals myself. She put a wonderful plan into place that was incredibly affordable. Fast forward to about 2 weeks before the wedding, I pivoted on some other details and ended up needing even more of Katelyn's help. She stepped in swiftly and came up with an updated plan and was so so kind about it. When I saw her florals at my wedding on the day of, I was truly blown away. She executed my vision absolutely flawlessly. She brought so much life and color and really played into the vibes of the venue. She is the sweetest gal and I cannot recommend her enough. I am so thankful she was our florist! As soon as I have professional photos, I will come back and share them. Do not hesitate, book her!!

    Wonderful to work with!

    Katelyn with Dear Cleo, Florals is wonderful to work with! Before even arriving on site, she completed our approval process with ease. Her last wedding here was December 8th, 2024. While arriving to Monserate, she knew exactly where to load in and load out because she thoroughly read our vendor agreement. Upon our request, she also supplied a copy of her insurance in a timely manner. As she was setting up, she kept her working space clean while paying attention to each detail on each floral piece. Katelyn makes beautiful, unique floral arrangements while being a kind and respectful vendor! I recommend her to new couples and any venue she works at! I look forward to seeing her florals at your venue and having her again at Monserate!

1) Fill out our interest form so we can get to know you and your wedding vision. 2) We’ll send over a custom quote based on your needs. 3) Have questions or want to chat? Reach out or schedule a phone call, I’m happy to talk through anything. 4) Ready to move forward? I’ll send over a contract. 5) Sign the contract and return it with a 50% deposit to secure your date. 6) Once booked, we’ll set up a proper consultation (in person or over the phone) to finalize all the details. 7) Final payment is due 1 month before your wedding day.
Yes!! We are flexible over here and we know a lot can change during the wedding planning process. All changes need to be made 1 month prior to the wedding date as well as any final payments.
Yes! Delivery and on-site setup are available so everything looks just right and you don’t have to worry on your wedding day.
I do and I LOVE them. An intimate ceremony in the desert? A cabin Airbnb? A cliff on the beach? I’m there!! Travel is no problem. I do charge a travel fee based on distance, which we’ll include upfront so there are no surprises.
