Hi! I’m Angeline – owner and designer of all things that are Simple, Elegant and Blooming. Memories are important because they can be a source of comfort, joy, and humor. They can also help us relate to others, give meaning to our lives, and strengthen our sense of identity and purpose. Which then leads me to being a florist. Flowers evoke, happy memories and connections to the past. Every flower tells a story from the day you said, “I DO”. I'll seek to understand how you want your wedding to look and feel. And, I'll transform it into a breathtaking masterpiece-a celebration that marks the beginning to a beautiful memory of your own.

I am a small local business doing it from the comfort of my own home. I love to create floral designs that tell a story, such as using flowers that are native to a place that is meaningful to the couple.

    Colorful wedding!

    Angeline (Simplicity Blooms) was the first florist I reached out to, and I knew from the moment we had our first meeting she was the one. I am the undecisive bride, I don't remember how many times I changed my mind from colors to centerpieces and she handled everything perfectly, suggested ideas to help me narrow down my choices and brought all my vision to life. My entire experience with her was memorable from start to finish, she was quick to response and easy to work with. I appreciate how small details matter for her- such as my favorite color, oh how it made me happy to see the yellow flowers on my bouquet and as I walked down the aisle. Additionally, I had my bridesmaids in different colors of pastel and she matched the colors perfectly as requested without seeing the dresses! She even went out of her way to check our wedding venue beforehand to familiarize the space before the event. It truly felt like I was working with a friend who passionately wanted our wedding day to be perfect and beautiful and she worked hard to make our dream a reality. I would highly recommend her to anyone who's looking for a florist as you will be in great hands!

    Incredible Arrangements and Customer Service

    From the initial inquiry to after my wedding, Angeline was SUCH a delight to work with. She's incredibly friendly, quick to respond, and organized; the three things that are important when working with the right wedding vendors. Her pricing is very fair and she locally sources her floral/greenery, which is a plus! I gave her my pinterest inspiration and she delivered above and beyond, and even suggested ways to elevate and repurpose the arrangements from ceremony to reception. Cannot thank her enough for making my wedding so magical. If you choose anyone, choose Simplicity Blooms!

    Unmatched Talent!

    My husband and I have been photographing and filming weddings for ten years, and in that time, we have worked with so many wonderful florists, each with their own style and workflow. We recently had the honor of working with Angeline at a recent editorial shoot at Monserate's Monte Bella, and to say she was incredible is an understatement. From the start of planning, she was quick to reply and enthusiastic about bringing our vision to life. The day of, seeing all the arrangements in real life, I teared up at how breathtaking it all was. Every detail was executed perfectly, and she went above and beyond to create the florals I dreamed of, all while working diligently in the So Cal summer heat. Without her, our shoot would not have been what it was. I cannot rave about this girl enough! She is as talented as she is professional and kind. Yes, we offer breakdown services along with delivery, set up, and flower transfer from the ceremony to the reception.
During your consultation, we will go over all the gorgeous in-season floral offerings available for your wedding date. We love supporting local growers and regional flowers and greenery!
It’s never too early to get in touch about your wedding, but we recommend having a few details figured out before you do. For example: Have you selected the location for your ceremony and/or reception? What’s your wedding style? Do you know how many guests you’ll be expecting? Typically, our couples reach out around 6 to 8 months before their big day.
How much you spend on wedding flowers will fluctuate based on the types of flowers you want, your wedding season, the style of the arrangements and other factors. For instance, flowers that are out of season on your wedding date might be more expensive, and as a florist we can suggest something similar that can help maximize your budget while achieving a similar look.
However the couple would like to communicate. Email, text, call, in-person.
The latest time possible to cancel our services would no later than 5 weeks prior to the wedding. As this would be the time we would be placing the order for the flowers, if cancelled within this time your final payment would be refunded. However you would forfeit the non-refundable payment made at the time of booking. This fee is for the planning, design process and time the florist has committed to designing your wedding flowers.
Yes, the minimum is $2,500 (before taxes & fees).
At least six months before the wedding is ideal, but we can begin planning as much as 18 months in advance or as little as two months before the wedding date.
We are happy to make recommendations based on what flower choices will have the feeling that you are looking to create for your wedding or event. Our preference is always for seasonal flowers out of respect for natural patterns and because they are also very cost effective. If you have a flower that is a favorite or that has special meaning, let us know.
By the time that you plan your wedding flowers you have probably realized that everything costs more than you planned. We respect that most brides do not come in with an unlimited budget and are happy to find ways to work with you to find ways to economize that will still complement your color scheme and design. Key is knowing where to splurge and where to be more frugal. Some examples of money stretching options: Repurposing flowers from the ceremony into reception Choosing less expensive flower options that have a similar look and feeling Renting vases instead of purchasing them Selecting flowers that are in season

Yes, we are happy to coordinate with any of your vendors. In particular, we will always ask for your contact person at the venue and your cake decorator if we are doing flowers for your cake.
