Hi! I'm Cara, the sole owner and primary operator of Bowen's Botanicals. I work in the shop full-time; designing arrangements, taking orders, ringing up customers, providing consultations for events, and making deliveries. Bowen's Botanicals is a local, independently owned and operated floral design center and gift shop specializing in flower arrangements for all occasions and offering memorable event design for weddings, corporate events, parties, showers, funerals, and more.

We take pride in individually hand-designing each of our unique creations in-house, sourcing flowers and other elements from local Arizona farms as often as possible. We are not a member of any franchised wire services, instead, we handle all of our orders and deliveries internally so you will always be dealing with a real, live, local human whenever you shop with us online or by phone.

Yes, our goal is to understand your vision. For that, we request that you bring any pictures, fabric swatches, and anything else that will help us to understand your aesthetic. You'll leave the consultation with a clear understanding of the cost so that you can make the best decision for your special event. All consultations for special events are always free.
After your initial consultation, if you decide to book us, a non-refundable $150 deposit is required for all events, and it is applicable to the overall cost of services. Once you have signed our contract for services, you'll receive a document with recipes for designs, descriptions and pictures. This is a live document and changes can be made up to 30 calendar days prior to your event.
Events canceled less than 14 calendar days prior to the event are non-refundable. If you have paid for your event in full and it was canceled 14 calendar days prior to it, a partial refund may be allocated. Bowen's Botanicals reserves the right to retain funds used to purchase hardware, tools, fabrics, vases, lighting, etc. and will retain the $150 deposit that would have otherwise been made.
