Blossoms, has distinguished itself among its competitors for its artistry and quality customer service, whether servicing an individual client or groups. Blossoms Florist is a full-service florist with a dedicated staff of four employees and a number of freelance florists who work with us on large jobs.

Carol Ruffin serves as the head designer for the business. As such, Ms. Ruffin brings 30 years of experience in the floral design business. Blossoms commitment to excellence has allowed them to serve many of the major corporations and institutions in the Cincinnati area because of their level of excellence.

Blossoms Florist Inc. did a wonderful job with the flowers for our wedding. From the beginning, Carol, the owner, seemed to prefer communicating by phone. The bouquets she created were absolutely beautiful and the arrangements perfectly executed. Carol's experience was evident in the quality of her work. While communication was not ideal at times, everything worked out beautifully, and we were thrilled with the final results. The flowers were a highlight of our special day.
