My love of designs has always been in my heart. After graduating at the University of South Florida (Go Bulls!!), I've had many opportunities to create wonderful floral designs and arrangements for friends, family & many many brides, among others. Before long, my passion and love for design & hospitality lead me to launched Beyond Floral officially in 2007. While floral design is my first love, event planning & coordination came organically through the encouragement & inspiration from our past clients. It is my biggest heartfelt joy seeing my client beam in excitement when they see everything comes together on their BIG Day!

Beyond Floral goes beyond floral. Not only do we provide floral design and specialty decoration but we are able to overseer the entire wedding planning and make it an easy one stop shop for our clients. We are able to guide our client vision through step by step selection of all the details from choosing their color palette to linen, drapery and lightings selection.

    Multi-faceted talent

    Nini not only has the artistic talent to create the most beautiful floral arrangements but the organizational skills to also pull of being the day of coordinator. She was dedicated beyond being my day or month of planner - my wedding was Feb 2022 and we had multiple planning calls from when I found her in June 2022. I wasn’t worried about anything on the day because I felt prepared and confident in Nini to pull it off. She has an extensive contact list of seasoned professionals in the wedding business and we got to benefit by saving money thanks to her planner discount that her connections gave us because we were working with her. It was the perfect day.

We have a $1,500 minimum for custom floral pieces. Our wedding coordination and planning service start at $1,200.00. We customized each floral order in accordance to your vision and budget. We offer special discount when combining floral and coordination service.
Yes! After the contract is signed, we provide one mockup, typically a table centerpiece. We prefer to create this between 30 and 60 days before the wedding to take into account seasonal flowers and time to make adjustments before the final proposal and vendor commitments are due.
Yes! We offer a variety of rentals for an additional cost from lantern to candelabras, arches, candles, mirrors, and more. Ask about it at our complimentary consultation session.
Yes, we offer breakdown services along with delivery, set up, and flower transfer from the ceremony to the reception.
Floral and planning consultations last approximately 1 hour but more if needed it. We will assist you in making the best decision that fit with your vision, while keeping your budget in mind. Please come prepared with details about your wedding like style, any inspiration you have for your wedding flowers. After your consultation, we will draw up a proposal with prices and email it to you.
We offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services within a limited radius of Tampa Bay Area. We have a $1,500 minimum for floral delivery. Since many weddings require a professional set up, we also charge a separate fee for event installation.
