Sadden by my experience

Let me just start my saying the flowers were beautiful BUT… Communication was tough unless you picked up the phone or went to she shop. This first time we scheduled an appointment, the doors were locked and I called. He said he had no idea we were coming. I should’ve turned around then. We met twice and I explicitly explained that I do not want rose’s in my bouquet but would prefer peonies, even if they were expensive, and there can be no eucalyptus because my mom is deathly allergic. I had said this multiple times. The flowers arrived (late) on the wedding day, full of roses and eucalyptus with not a peony in sight. Those flowers were special to be and I requested them for a reason. Then we also paid him to come back to move our arbor inside and instead, the girls at the venue offered, not knowing we paid HIM, and he never came back. There were lots of little things that were not done as well. My MIL dress colored changed which he wrote down and still used the wrong ribbon. I wanted tails on my bridesmaids bouquets and there were none as well as a few other things that just seem irrelevant after everything else that went wrong. I can’t in clear conscious recommend this florist. I was trying to stay local and help a small business but it in turn was not a good experience.
