A Beer Burro is an adorable donkey (or two) who will pack around coolers or baskets to serve drinks, snacks, flowers or other promotional items to your guests and even pose in a photo at your special event. Not sure if they can carry the item you are wanting? Send us a message and we will let you know their capacity!

Yes, our service is covered by General Liability insurance and we are happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance to your venue upon request.

We are typically at the event for around 1 hr, usually during the cocktail hour and then posing for photos with the newlyweds, bridal party and guests. We will get there 30 mins beforehand to give us plenty of time to have them groomed and “decorated”. We have a standard white flowered garland but we are also happy to work alongside your florist to create custom garlands, headbands, etc. for the donkey's to wear as well. One to two donkey handlers will accompany each donkey and assist in photos.

We do not sell any type of beverage. The venue or party host will provide the beverage or goods, the donkey simply transports it. Don't have a bartender? Don't worry, we work alongside a wonderful mobile bartending company that we would be happy to put you in contact with.

Queen City Beer Burro is located in Charlotte, North Carolina and we like to limit our distance up to 65 miles, but we will travel to almost anywhere in North Carolina. Not sure if we will travel to where you are located? Send us a message and we can let you know if your location is in the area we journey too.

The donkey will be accessorized with a “bun bag” that catches and contains the waste, very rarely ever making a mess. They are non destructive to property and landscaping and are very friendly.
