Merritt Event Rentals is a boutique tabletop rental and styling company in Wilmington, NC, founded by a husband-and-wife team. We offer a curated collection of premium dinnerware, flatware, glassware, serveware, and elevated décor for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, and celebrations. Our pieces are designed to mix and match for a one-of-a-kind tablescape. We also provide tabletop styling, curated event experiences, and custom wood signage. Delivery, setup, and pickup included. Serving Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach, Leland, Hampstead, and the greater Cape Fear region.

We're not a traditional party rental company. Every piece in our collection is thoughtfully sourced to mix and match for tablescapes you won't find anywhere else. As a husband-and-wife team, we bring the same attention to detail we put into our own wedding to every event we touch. From styled bar setups to full table designs, we handle the details so you can enjoy the moment.

    great rental experience!

    We rented their drink menus for our event & they created custom inserts with our cocktail selections. They understood my vision perfectly from the start… I didn’t have to make a single revision to the menu! They were incredibly communicative, quick, and so easy to work with throughout the entire process. Everything turned out exactly how I envisioned it and I will definitely be using them again for future events!

    Merritt event rentals is top tier! The sweetest couple and listened to every idea or wall I had! Chimed in with ideas and made my dream custom seating chart wall. Many times vendors care but don’t put their own heart into it as if it was their own but they did. They truly care about your day being everything and more! The cutest ideas for stationary and personalization of your day! They also actually have the best prices without sacrificing what’s in style for today’s weddings! Couldn’t recommend more.
