We specialize in lighting, staging, drapery, dance floor wraps, audio, and visual production that transforms ordinary venues into unforgettable wedding experiences. Whether you're planning an intimate celebration or a grand reception, we take the time to understand your vision and design an event that feels authentically you. Our goal is simple: create beautiful, seamless celebrations that leave a lasting impression on you and your guests.

We don't believe in one-size-fits-all weddings. Every lighting design, stage layout, drapery installation, and production plan is custom-tailored to your venue and your vision. Because we provide multiple production services in-house, we can create cohesive designs while simplifying the planning process with a single trusted partner. We're known for creative problem-solving, meticulous attention to detail, and transforming spaces in ways couples never thought possible.

    Heron Events was outstanding to work with - professional, great communication, willing to listen to our ideas and presented his ideas very clearly. The outdoor wedding lighting he provided was beautiful, magical and allowed our guests to walk (and roll - wheelchair) safely through a historic garden venue (Haywood Hall).
