As the owner of Little Guests Co., I lead a dedicated team of experienced nannies and an attentive admin support staff who work together to create seamless, thoughtful childcare experiences for weddings and events. We specialize in providing a safe, engaging, and beautifully organized environment for little guests, while ensuring a stress free experience for the guests and the soon to be married couple. My role is to oversee every detail with care and intention, so families can feel fully present and confident knowing their children are being cared for with professionalism, warmth, and heart.

From your first conversation, the team is straightforward about what they offer and how they run their childcare space, which makes you feel confident leaving your children in their hands. The girls genuinely love working with kids and it shows in how they interact with them—your children will have a blast playing in a creative, safe environment while you enjoy your celebration.     I was planning a child free wedding at first because I didn’t want any stress or distractions but then it started to feel like a lot of pressure with guests being upset and people trying to figure out sitters. Booking Little Guests honestly took all of that anxiety away. I was able to have my wedding and actually be present and my guests weren’t stressed about finding childcare or feeling bad about not bringing their kids. everyone was just happy and that made me happy. I really think childcare at weddings should be normal now after this experience Haley and Jolee were amazing with the kids too! I didn’t even notice them coming or going during the day but I definitely heard about it the next day because all my guests were saying how great it was!!

The kids were taken care of and honestly we barely even noticed logistics happening behind the scenes which is exactly what we wanted. Parents were relaxed, kids were happy, and the entire celebration felt so much more peaceful and present. Unlike traditional sitters, we are a coordinated team providing event specific childcare, not home care. We set up directly at the venue in a designated, secure space for children, allowing guests to conveniently drop off and pick up their kids before & after the event. We also use a strict, secure pick up and drop off system so only authorized adults can check children in and out, ensuring every child is always safe, accounted for, and protected.
Pricing is based on event size, number of children, duration of service, staffing needs to maintain safe ratios, and distance to the venue (which may include a small travel fee). Each event is fully customized to ensure the right level of care, coverage, and support. All standard activities are included in your pricing with no additional fees. Only specialized or custom requested activities outside of our standard offerings may incur an additional charge.

We coordinate directly with the couple, venue or planner to create a designated childcare space at the venue. This space is thoughtfully arranged to feel safe, comfortable, and engaging for children while remaining discreet and out of the way of the event.
