Infused Sound Healing is a Kansas City experiential wellness company creating immersive sound healing, sound bath, meditation, and live music experiences. Our unique sessions combine live improvised music, guided meditation, mindfulness, plant medicine education, and intentional community connection. With both infused and non-infused experiences available, Infused Sound Healing creates welcoming, accessible spaces to relax, reconnect, and experience wellness through music, mindfulness, and community.

Description

Take a moment to slow down, breathe, and reconnect before the celebration begins. The Bridal Party Reset is a fully customizable private wellness experience featuring grounding meditation, relaxation, and an improvised live sound journey inspired by the seven chakras. Thoughtful sensory elements help your group feel grounded, connected, and ready to celebrate. Optional plant medicine education is available for appropriate 21+ gatherings.

The Wedding Wellness Experience

Description

Create space within your wedding weekend to connect, relax, and celebrate together. This fully customizable experience is designed for up to 30 guests and may include meditation, breathwork, live improvised music, tea, aromatherapy, sensory elements, and guided reintegration. Optional plant medicine education is available for appropriate 21+ gatherings.

    You don’t want to miss this!

    Working with Infused Sound Healing was a genuine highlight of our wedding day. The team communicated with us clearly throughout the entire planning process, always responding promptly and treating our vision with respect. They created an incredibly restorative atmosphere for our bridal party in the hours before the ceremony—the guided meditation helped everyone feel grounded and connected in a way we hadn't anticipated.     Amazing and healing experience. I’ve been to many sound healing sessions in the past and the addition of several live instruments - whether is it a harp, violin, bass or more along with the guided meditation and medicated experience is an AMAZING experience that really takes you on a journey. If I could give more stars, I would. Highly recommend whether it is personal, for a team or with a group of friends!!!

Not at all! Our experiences are designed to be welcoming and accessible to everyone, whether your guests practice meditation regularly or have never tried sound healing before. We guide you through the entire experience—all you need to do is get comfortable and enjoy.
No. Plant medicine is always optional. We offer completely non-infused experiences, and no guest is ever expected to consume or participate in plant medicine. For eligible private 21+ celebrations, optional plant medicine education and elevated experiences may be available depending on location, venue policies, and applicable regulations.
Music is at the heart of what we do. Rather than relying primarily on prerecorded music or traditional sound bath instruments, our sessions feature professional musicians creating a live, fully improvised musical journey inspired by the seven main chakras. The music responds to the energy and intention of the gathering, so no two Infused experiences are ever exactly alike.
There are so many possibilities! Infused works beautifully for bachelorette weekends, bridal party bonding, wedding-morning grounding, welcome events, intimate gatherings with loved ones, or a restorative experience the morning after your celebration. We’ll help you determine where the experience fits most naturally into your wedding weekend.
Absolutely. Customization is a big part of Infused. Depending on your package, we can personalize the intention, musical journey, meditation, aromatherapy, tea, sensory elements, duration, and overall flow of the experience. We want it to feel like an intentional part of your celebration—not a one-size-fits-all wellness class.
Our musical lineup can vary depending on the experience, but Infused features professional musicians and live acoustic instruments, including strings. Each musical journey is improvised in real time and thoughtfully shaped around the seven main chakras, creating an experience that feels more like an intimate live performance woven into meditation than a traditional sound bath.
Our Bridal Party Reset is designed for intimate groups of up to 15 guests, while our larger wedding experiences can accommodate 30 or more. Have something bigger in mind? Reach out! We can create a customized experience based on your guest count, venue, and vision.
We can adapt to many different spaces, including private homes, wedding venues, hotel event spaces, retreat settings, and select outdoor locations. The most important consideration is having enough comfortable space for each guest to relax without feeling crowded. Once we know your guest count and venue, we can help determine the ideal setup.
Comfort is key! We recommend clothing that allows guests to relax easily. Depending on the venue and experience, guests may also want a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or other items that help them get comfortable. We’ll provide specific recommendations before your event so everyone knows exactly what to expect.
Yes—and we encourage it! We’re happy to coordinate directly with your wedding planner, venue, or other event professionals regarding timing, setup, space requirements, load-in, and other logistics. Our goal is to make incorporating Infused into your wedding weekend as seamless as possible.
Yes! Infused Sound Healing is based in Kansas City, and travel is available for regional and destination weddings. Travel fees vary based on location, transportation, accommodations, and the scope of the experience. Tell us where you're celebrating and we can create a custom quote.
We'd love to. Your experience can be shaped around intentions that feel meaningful to you—love, connection, gratitude, grounding, new beginnings, family, transition, or something completely personal. For our customized experiences, we'll learn more about you beforehand and thoughtfully incorporate those intentions into the meditation and overall journey.
Yes! A professionally recorded keepsake can be added to select experiences. Because the music at Infused is improvised specifically for your gathering, a recording allows you to revisit a piece of music that was created only for you and the people sharing that moment with you.
We recommend reaching out at least 3–6 months before your celebration whenever possible. Peak wedding dates, larger experiences, custom musical ensembles, and events requiring travel may benefit from booking even earlier. If your wedding is coming up sooner, reach out anyway—we're always happy to check availability.
Our experiences begin at $1,500 and include much more than a traditional sound bath. Your investment includes professional live musicians, guided facilitation, customized programming and intention setting, event preparation, setup, and a private experience created specifically for your group. Additional elements such as tea, aromatherapy, expanded ensembles, larger guest counts, recordings, and enhanced customization are available depending on your package.
Once we've confirmed your date, location, and experience, we'll provide an agreement outlining all of the details for your celebration. A signed agreement and retainer are required to officially reserve your date. We'll then work with you—and your planner, if applicable—to customize the experience and coordinate logistics leading up to your event.
