Maison Yen is a plant-based catering house serving Las Vegas and Southern California, led by founder and executive chef Victoria. After years in fine restaurants and large-scale catering — hosting events of every size — she embraced a vegetarian life, a path that began with her marriage, and set out to bring plant-based dining to the fine-dining table: refined, flavor-forward, and drawn from across the world's cuisines.

Plant-based fine dining, executed so beautifully most guests never realize it's vegetarian — a rare craft, and the heart of what we do. Every menu is composed by our executive chef across many cuisines, using peak-season produce and true technique: no imitation meat, nothing processed. Our food is light yet abundant, so guests feel as wonderful the next morning as they did at the reception. And because we take only a handful of events each season, your celebration receives a dedicated chef and service team, a fully custom menu, and our complete attention — never a template run on repeat.

    Bruch with Fresh Press Juice and Acai Bowl Station

    Absolutely — that detail makes the review feel much more specific and memorable. We had Maison Yen cater brunch after my bridal shower and it was such a nice way to continue the afternoon. We wanted something pretty and relaxed where everyone could stay, eat, have coffee and just spend more time together. Victoria put together a brunch menu that felt fresh and light but still special. One of my favorite parts was actually a custom request we made for a fresh-pressed juice and açaí bowl station. I wasn’t sure how it would turn out since it wasn’t part of a standard menu, but they did such a good job with it. There were so many fresh fruit options and toppings, and everyone could make their own bowl. It looked beautiful and ended up being one of the most popular parts of the brunch. Everything was set up really nicely and matched the overall look of the bridal shower without feeling too formal. A lot of the girls were taking pictures of the food before they even started eating. What I appreciated most was that once the shower was over, I didn’t have to think about anything. Victoria and her team handled the setup, kept everything fresh and organized, and took care of the cleanup afterward. It was easy, beautiful, and exactly the kind of brunch I wanted after the shower. I would definitely use Maison Yen again. If you want, I can also make this one sound a little more high-end and less “review-like,” almost like something a Malibu or Beverly Hills client would naturally write.

    Finally a vegetarian caterer that tastes expensive

    We wanted vegetarian food that felt like a real celebration — not a “special plate,” not imitation meat, not a sad tray of roasted vegetables. That is exactly what we got. The menu was beautiful, layered, and generous. Every course looked considered. The flavors were bright and deep at the same time, and nobody at the table asked where the steak was. A few of our meat-eating friends said it was the best wedding food they had ever had, period. What made the difference was the experience, not just the plates. Communication before the event was calm and clear. Victoria was kind and warm and actually listened to the kind of night we wanted. On the day, service was polished without being stiff — the room stayed elegant, the timing never slipped, and we never had to manage the food. It felt closer to a private-chef dinner than catering. If you are planning a wedding, rehearsal, or intimate celebration in Las Vegas or Henderson and you want the meal to feel expensive, thoughtful, and effortless, book Maison Yen. We would use them again in a second.

    I LOVE my wedding caterer 100%

    Maison Yen Catering made our wedding absolutely beautiful and unforgettable. We had around 120 guests, and from the food to the presentation and decorations, everything exceeded our expectations. One thing we really appreciated was how personalized the whole experience felt. Before the wedding, they arranged a tasting for us and were very open to adjusting the menu based on our preferences. The food on the wedding day was amazing, and so many of our guests complimented it. Our wedding theme was white, elegant, and premium with lots of flowers, and Maison Yen did such a beautiful job making the food presentation and serving stations match the overall style. They also helped take care of the floral decorations, which made everything feel very coordinated instead of having different vendors doing things separately. Since many of our guests love sweets, we asked about creating a dessert station, and they helped us put together one that looked incredible. It became one of my favorite parts of the reception and looked amazing in the photos. Victoria was really the key behind everything. She was incredibly warm, welcoming, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. She listened to what we wanted and paid attention to so many little details that we probably would have forgotten ourselves. She genuinely cared about helping us create the wedding we had imagined. If you’re looking for a catering team that does more than just provide food and really helps bring the whole event together, I would highly recommend Maison Yen Catering. They helped make our dream wedding come true.
