    Hamer Visuals is Amazing

    As someone who hates getting her photo taken by anyone, Sarah Hamer made getting my photo taken super fun and super easy. Sarah was incredibly helpful in figuring out what I wanted for my engagement photos and making them possible. She was easy to work with and flexible with what my fiancé and I were looking for in our photos. Sarah came up with some fun ideas that really worked with our personalities, which made this a fun experience! She genuinely cared about our comfort and making us feel natural with getting our photos taken. When I struggled to give an authentic smile, Sarah would do something silly to get me to give a real, genuine smile. It was a great experience and I would recommend her to anyone looking for wedding photos to be done, especially if you hate getting your photos taken like myself! She is by far the best photographer I have had the pleasure to work with!

    If you’re looking for a talented photographer who’s easy to work with, she’s the one! I worked with Sarah recently for creative portraits, and she made my experience so comfortable and fun. I’m a little awkward in front of the camera, and she’s amazing at taking the wheel to pose me and make it feel natural. I also loved how adaptable she was - she was open to my ideas while bringing her own. Her work exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier. As a creative myself, I can be pretty picky and I will even say Sarah is the best of the best. The quality in her work is chefs kiss 🤌 I cannot recommend her enough!

    I have never been more impressed with my experience. The staff/ owners were amazing! I have never been able to talk about feelings very well. But the questions asked in my interview were asked so I didn’t even know I was pouring my heart out. The pictures are so amazing and cannot wait to see the video. I also think it’s more than worth the price. Just so amazed. Thank you for making Hanna and Tom’s wedding fantastic and we will have memories forever!!

    This team did an amazing job with documenting our love story! They really went above and beyond to make sure they captured the beauty of our day. They were with us from engagement photos and long after the wedding to make sure we were totally satisfied with all the photos and video. We would highly recommend ❤️

    Oh, my goodness. I don’t think I can describe how these photos make me feel. I have such happiness and warmth seeing the photos Sarah captured. I am so thankful for the moments she caught with our dogs and love between us. I knew in my bones we chose the right photographer for our wedding and this just solidified that for me:)

When you book both, it all works as one—same team, same vision, nothing feeling pieced together. Think: photos that hit and a film that lets you feel it all over again. Yes—we’re a husband-and-wife photo + video team, and we’re the ones with you capturing your day. For larger weddings or more complex timelines, we bring in a small circle of trusted, top-tier professionals we’ve worked with for years. Same energy, same standards, same level of intention—just more coverage when it’s needed. So whether it’s just us or an expanded team, everything still feels seamless and fully dialed 🤍
Yes—we’re fully insured. We carry liability coverage and can provide certificates to your venue if needed. It’s one of those behind-the-scenes things that just keeps everything running smoothly, so you don’t have to think about it.
For weddings, you’ll receive all the good frames—typically anywhere from 1,500–4,000 images, depending on your coverage and timeline. From there, we curate your top 200–600 images—the moments that hit the hardest, fully polished and ready to relive, share, and print. You’ll still have alternate angles, different expressions, and all the in-between moments—so if you want to be hands-on in selecting favorites, you absolutely can. It’s the perfect mix of curated storytelling + the full day, exactly as it felt 🤍
All of your good frames (typically 1,500–4,000 images) will receive our signature color grade—so everything feels cohesive and true to your day. From there, your curated images (about 200–600 of your best) are fully edited—refined lighting, distraction removal, and that extra polish that gives them that clean, timeless finish. So you’re getting the full story and a set of images taken to the next level 🤍
You can expect your full wedding gallery in about 4–6 weeks. During peak season or around holidays, it can extend up to 8 weeks—but we’re always working to get your story back to you as quickly (and beautifully) as possible. You’ll also receive ~100 previews within 48 hours of your wedding—so you have something real to relive right away 🤍
Most couples book 1–2 years in advance—especially for popular dates and peak season weddings. For off-season dates, elopements, or courthouse weddings, we sometimes have availability closer to 6 months out. We take on a limited number of weddings each year, so once dates are gone, they’re gone 🤍
In the very unlikely event we can’t be there (never happend yet), we handle everything on our end to make sure you’re fully covered. Our first priority is filling the role internally within our team. If that’s not possible, we bring in a trusted, top-tier professional who shoots at our level and aligns with our style—and we personally coordinate that transition. We don’t just send someone—we make sure the experience and final result still reflect us. We’ve got a reputation to uphold, and we take that seriously 🤍
