    I had the pleasure of experiencing The Caviar Atelier at a corporate aviation event in Las Vegas, and Amanda’s entire presentation was absolutely stunning. From the moment I walked up, the setup felt elegant, elevated, and incredibly inviting — exactly the kind of experience that would make an amazing addition to a wedding reception. What impressed me even more was how knowledgeable and enthusiastic Amanda was about everything she was serving. She took the time to explain the different caviars, accompaniments, and tasting experience in a way that was fun and approachable, even for those of us who weren’t caviar experts. You can immediately tell how passionate she is about what she does, and that enthusiasm makes the experience feel incredibly special. And, of course, everything was delicious! The quality was exceptional, the presentation was beautiful, and Amanda turned something as simple as tasting caviar into a memorable experience. If you’re planning a wedding in Las Vegas and want something sophisticated, interactive, and a little unexpected for your guests, The Caviar Atelier would be such a fabulous addition to your reception. It’s elegant without feeling stuffy, gives guests something fun to experience together, and adds that extra touch of luxury people will remember long after the wedding is over.
