I have been in the restaurant and catering buisness for 33 years. We specialize in Texas and California style Bbq! Also Italian! We have a 1000 bbq gallon trailer smoker and a 500 gallon. We cook on site and definitely have the wow factor for the guests! We specialize in Weddings and large events! Some delicious bbq we smoke are,Tri tip,chicken,pineapple pulled pork sandwiches with coconut coleslaw, smoked prime rib!
