Gregory Paul’s has been serving the Jacksonville Beach communities since 2010. Gregory Paul’s is also your answer for what to serve at your next party or special event. Our company specializes in small-to- medium events. Since presentation is as important as the food itself, catered meals are served on beautifully arranged white serving platters. Custom catering menus are available to make your event even more special.

We offer a personalized service so you can create the menu as well as what you might need for your special day, such as hiring staff, providing bar service, organizing rentals, as well as providing a fair and dependable service.

    Gregory Pauls was the vendor that was rock solid for our daughters wedding. Communication was clear and quick, the food was fabulous & at an excellent price point. This was our fourth event we have used Greg - and he is amazing at catering. Food was fresh and tasty - guests raved about his food. He was on time and his workers were polite and hard working! He is our "to-go"!
