my best decision
If you’re looking for a caterer for your wedding, Kandance is absolutely the one. From the tasting to the very last moment of our wedding day, our experience with her was incredible. We started with a tasting and immediately fell in love with the food. The chicken and steak were amazing, the sides were delicious, and she had such a great and varied selection of appetizers that it was honestly hard to choose! From the beginning, Kandance also helped guide us beyond just the food. She gave us recommendations for the bar and helped us figure out our rentals, recommending her husband, Julio, who was wonderful to work with as well. Having the two of them handling those parts of the wedding made everything so much easier and gave us one less thing to worry about. But the best part was seeing everything come together on our wedding day. The food was even better than we remembered from the tasting. So many of our guests came up to us throughout the night specifically to tell us how amazing the food was. Everyone was talking about the steak, the appetizers, and how delicious everything tasted. We even had guests who work with premium meats tell us that the quality of the meat being served was excellent — which says a lot! One detail that meant so much to us as the bride and groom was that Kandance and her team made sure we actually got to enjoy the food too. During cocktail hour, they came to find us and personally made sure we tried the appetizers so we wouldn’t miss out while we were busy taking photos and enjoying the day. It may sound like a small detail, but on your wedding day, those are exactly the things that make you feel truly taken care of. Our guests also kept telling us how incredible the drinks from the bar were. Food, appetizers, drinks, service, rentals — everything came together beautifully. Looking back, choosing Kandance was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. The food was exceptional, the quality was there, our guests were happy, and most importantly, we were able to enjoy our wedding knowing everything was being taken care of. If you’re a bride looking for amazing food and people who will genuinely take care of you throughout the entire process, I cannot recommend Kandance and Julio enough.

Delicious food
Elite Catering provided excellent catering services for our wedding. Overall, they had good communication, although they only informed us a week before the wedding that they wanted to do a walkthrough of our venue with us. That week was very busy for us, so my fiance and I only had one day available to do the walk through. We planned on that day but then they ended up not being able to make it that day due to traffic issues (totally understandable but wish we had more notice of wanting a walk through). Despite the short notice and not being able to make it on the day we planned, they still did a walkthrough of the venue, just without us. On the day of the wedding, the food tasted and looked amazing. Everything went to plan. Our guests raved about the quality and presentation of the meal.
