We are passionate about working with couples to create menus that spark excitement! Dining Innovations was started in 2008 and has been serving Asheville & the surrounding Western North Carolina region with pride ever since.
From start to finish, you will be interacting with a team that has passion, knowledge and years of experience in Fine Dining and the service & food industry. We set ourselves apart by catering to not only your guests, but to you and your loved ones with attention; staff members dedicated to the 'Star Couple' will ensure you don't go hungry (or thirsty) on your big day.

For drop-off events that do not request / require staffing, there is a delivery fee
Yes, we offer tastings for you and a guest for $150. If you sign a contract with us at the tasting, we will waive this fee.
We can happily recommend our preferred rental companies in our area and review your rentals list once you have it.
Absolutely! Our chef and kitchen are happy to work around dietary restrictions and allergies, and will make note of these during the initial planning process of your menu.
We will travel up to 40 miles or no longer than one hour from Asheville for our catering services with out a travel fee.
For a small per person fee, we can cut and serve your wedding cake to your guests.
