At Big Rascal BBQ, we're proud to bring genuine Southern hospitality, scratch-made cooking, and slow-smoked barbecue to weddings across Florida.     Exceptional Catering from Start to Finish

    We had such an amazing experience with our wedding catering, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better person than Jessica to coordinate everything! From the beginning, Jessica was so personable, warm, and genuinely excited to be part of our wedding. She made the whole process feel easy and personal, and we always felt like she truly cared about making our day special. And the food… absolutely incredible! The hand-cut steak was so tender and cooked perfectly, and the made-from-scratch sides were delicious. You could really taste the quality and care that went into everything. Our guests raved about the food, and it was definitely one of the highlights of our wedding. What really stood out to us was how engaged Jessica was throughout the entire experience. She was attentive, helpful, and just genuinely wonderful to work with. For our small, intimate wedding, having someone who brought that kind of personal touch made such a difference. We are so grateful to Jessica and the entire catering team for helping make our wedding day so special. Amazing food, incredible service, and a truly personal experience—we couldn’t recommend them enough!

    Wedding Catering

    From our first conversation with Big Rascal BBQ, we knew we'd made the right choice. Jessica was an incredible communicator who listened to every detail and even helped answer questions for our venue because she'd prepared so thoroughly. Since it was a new venue for them, the team took extra time to visit beforehand and plan everything out, which made the night of our wedding run without a hitch. Our Bride and Groom had zero worries thanks to how smoothly Jessica managed the catering. All our guests were genuinely impressed with both the appetizers and dinner. We can't thank Big Rascal BBQ enough for making the day feel so special and stress-free.

    A well kept Central Florida secret.

    From our first conversation with Big Rascal BBQ, we knew we had found our caterer. The team was direct and honest about what they could deliver, and they followed through on every promise. On our wedding day, the staff greeted guests with genuine smiles and kept the food flowing at lightning speed, which was a lifesaver with so many hungry kids running around. Their Texas-style BBQ was top-tier quality, and we loved how they mixed in unexpected fusion flavors that kept everyone talking about the meal. After years of winning competitions and building their reputation in the community, it's clear why Big Rascal BBQ is trusted for special events—the portions were huge, the beef grades were excellent, and the value we got for our money was unbeatable. We can't recommend them highly enough.

    Taco Bar

    The staff and owner made my day so easy and stress free! Their attention to detail is out of this world. Their communication is like no other, from picking the main dish to the sides, to the headcount. They helped take so much weight off my shoulders! Big Rascals truly takes the cake when it comes to the quality of food and the presentation! I can’t rave about them enough! I am STILL thinking about the tacos. Truly amazing staff and company all around.

We ALWAYS recommend meeting 2 times leading up to the big day. One meeting will focus on finalizing menus and headcount. One to go over final venue and wedding logistics. If meeting in person is difficult, we easily work with event coordinators and offer meetings via zoom.
For Winter and Fall Weddings, we recommend booking at least 3 months in advance. For the remainder of the year, 1 month is sufficient.
All of North & Central Florida, including Jax, Orlando, Melbourne, & Tampa Bay. Trip charge varies with distance and equipment required.
Absolutely. We can provide Kosher or Halal, vegetarian or vegan, & allergen friendly options.
Varies on a case by case basis with a minimum of generally 50 heads or $1500.
We charge a small travel fee when servicing outside of our home area. Factors will be how many trailers, smokers, mobile kitchens etc are required for the event.
Absolutely, we offer tastings for you and a guest for a small fee. If you choose to move forward with us as your caterer, we will credit this towards your catering total.
