The Elegant Confectionery is an artisanal boutique bakery. We specialize in traditional and decadent tastes, handcrafted from scratch for your order. We offer mini Petits Fours Glace in delicious flavors, designed to tantalize the tastebuds, and wow the eyes. We additionally offer full customized cake options. Our baker brings 30 years of baking experience to hand craft your selected sweet bites and cake.

We bake without preservatives or anything artificial. We source locally for base ingredients like eggs, milk, and cream, along with local Milk Chocolate Stout and Huckleberry preserves. We also import the finest ingredients like Callebaut Chocolate from Belgium, Natural Odense Marzipan from Denmark, and natural specialty French poured fondant. Even our decorations are made with food colors sourced from a specialty company in California that create their colors without the dyes and preservatives found in normal colors. Taste the difference that high quality, natural cakes and sweet bites can bring to your celebration!

Our baking is done where common allergens are possible. We would not recommend our products if you have restrictions where cross contamination with Gluten, Eggs, Milk, Peanuts, and Tree Nuts is possible.
Delivery is included within the cities of Boise, Garden City, and Meridian. Extended delivery is available and the fee is calculated based upon distance to the requested delivery location. We do not offer pick up.
We do not have a minimum order for weddings. We accommodate and deliver weddings of all sizes.
We want to ensure each bridal couple has everything they need to bring their desired vision to their celebration. We will work with you both prior to booking and after to ensure your vision for your specialty desserts is realized with our sweet bites and cakes.
We are full service. We can certainly set up a display with your order.
We service the Treasure Valley, but may accommodate outside of area deliveries
Being a small boutique bakery, we can only accept a limited amount of orders for any particular date. This is to ensure we provide the highest quality and service to our brides! We recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure your desired date is available.
We do offer cake cutting services for a set hourly fee, Minimum is one hour, wait time included. Service cost is provided with request.
We are currently only offer to go tasting boxes. Please contact us for additional information.
The Elegant Confectionery scratch bakes without preservatives or anything artificial. We source local when possible, and as natural as we can. Taste the difference!
We do offer full cakes to add to your celebration. We specialize in having your cake match to your order of Petits Fours or Petit cakes! Our full cake options are special ordered, and their pricing includes full buttercream decorations.
The Elegant Confectionery is a boutique bakery. While we handcraft from scratch all our cakes and sweet bites to order, we do not currently offer a store front. We are an approved and licensed Cottage Food Operation, registered with the state of Idaho, and are fully insured.
