The Cookie Encounter

Hello! My name is Courtney, and I am the owner/baker of The Cookie Encounter in Chico, CA. I specialize in the classic cookies everyone knows and loves with a few extra fun flavors. From chocolate chip and snickerdoodle to double chocolate M&M and s'mores!

While I love to make many different kinds of sweets, cookies are a favorite of many! They can be the perfect balance of sweet and salty, chewy and crispy. They should be simple but delicious and packed with flavor. They are the perfect dessert when you want something sweet but not too heavy! As much as I like to try unique flavors, I knew I wanted to make the tried-and-true cookies everyone always enjoys. Focusing on only a small variety of classic flavors allows me to put all of my effort into making them as delicious as possible.
