I am a chef/pastry chef. I can create any dessert to suit your event. I trained at the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts for Culinary and Professional Pastry Arts. I have world cuisine and fine dining experience. I am also a wedding planner who can create an exquisite event to last for a lifetime of memories.
