Prairie Pie is a sweet and savory pie company based in downtown Springfield, Missouri founded by baker Eleanor Taylor. Storefront coming 2021 to 307 S. Jefferson Ave. Springfield, MO!! Prairie Pie offers fresh, handmade sweet pies, pot pies, and cookies. Eleanor began her baking career here in the Midwest in her grandmother’s kitchen, baking and decorating hundreds of Christmas cookies. Since the age of 16 she has been creating custom desserts for bakeries in Springfield and New York City.
