Peak Cake Co is a Colorado Springs custom cake bakery specializing in elegant wedding cakes designed around each couple’s celebration. We create handcrafted cakes with beautiful buttercream finishes, floral accents, textured designs, and custom details. Couples can choose from a variety of cake flavors and fillings, with options for tiered wedding cakes, delivery, and setup. Our goal is to create a cake that looks beautiful at your reception and tastes just as memorable.

At Peak Cake Co, every wedding cake is created specifically for each couple. We work from your colors, flowers, venue, inspiration photos, and overall wedding style to create a cake that feels uniquely yours. Our signature European Buttercream is smooth, creamy, and less sweet than traditional American-style buttercream. We also prepare our premium fillings in-house, giving couples delicious flavor combinations made to complement their cake. From elegant presentation to exceptional flavor, we believe your wedding cake should taste every bit as beautiful as it looks.

    Andre honored my wacky request for a joke cake for my girlfriend's birthday. The cake was awesome and made exactly how I wanted. It was pretty affordable too. The other place I was looking at required a 3 week notice for a cake. Andre got it done in 3 days. Cake was vanilla with an amaretto buttercream with scratch-made strawberry filling. Heavenly.

    Our book club enjoyed your cake so much! It was light and delicious. Several of the ladies said it was the best cake they’ve had in a long time.
