Brown Sugar Bakes is a small home bakery in Colorado creating handcrafted cakes and Brazilian-inspired sweets for weddings and special celebrations. I started my bakery from a love for baking and the joy of creating something meaningful for life’s sweetest moments. Every order is made from scratch in small batches with care, quality ingredients, and attention to detail. From wedding cakes to brigadeiros and traditional Brazilian bem-casados, my goal is to create desserts that are both beautiful and genuinely delicious.

As a small-batch baker, I work closely with each couple to create desserts that feel uniquely theirs rather than offering a one-size-fits-all experience. Brown Sugar Bakes was such a joy to work with from start to finish. Sara responded quickly to all of our questions and made the whole process feel easy, even when we kept changing our minds about flavors and designs lol. The cake itself was absolutely stunning.
