Based in Fenton Michigan, MI Great Lakes Cakes is a self perpetuating and self taught full service bakery. From custom cookie designs to tiered wedding cakes, baking has forever been a passion at the heart of our story.

Hi! I’m Kaitlin Gallemore and I am the face behind MI Great Lakes Cakes. My passion for baking has been with me for as long as I can remember. Making cutout Christmas cookies with my Nany was one of my earliest memories and one of my favorites. My love for baking soon inspired me to bake themed birthday cakes for my siblings and other family members and eventually for my own children. I truly enjoy creating beautiful centerpieces for anyone’s special day.
