Hi, my name is Lucy! I'm a baker and decorator located in Downtown Milwaukee, and spend most of my time in the kitchen! I also come from a lineage of bakers, and most notably the "Cake Lady of Erie Pennsylvania" - being my great grandma. So, this is kind of in my genes. ​I've been baking professionally for over 7 years, and was hired to make my first wedding cake when I was just 16! I love being able to give clients something memorable for their weddings, events, or as gifts for their loved ones. Consistency and flexibility are the two main ingredients in making my clients come back for seconds!

I think that a bakers has 2 main jobs. To create something that makes people do a happy dance in their seats when they taste it, and to understand how the overall vision of florals, colors and venue will come together. Your cake or desserts deserve to be a showstopper, but perfectly combine all of the best elements that you've spent so long picking out. Discussing design and all the ways that I can emulate your important details in a delicious dessert is truly one of my favorite things to do!

Cutting Cake

Description

Enjoy a single tier cutting cake for you and your partner to enjoy. This cake can be decorated to match your colors/theme, or adorned with fresh flowers. Cake pricing begins at $6 per serving, and more intricate designs or two/three tiered cakes are priced accordingly. 6" Single Tier Cutting Cake (feeds 15) 8" Single Tier Cutting Cake (feeds 20) 6" + 8" Two Tier Cutting Cake (feeds 35-40) 6" + 8" + 10" Three Tier Cutting Cake (feeds 70-75) Additional sheet cake pricing available.

    Lucy knocked it out of the park with cookies for a bachelorette party. Even on short notice without much direction, Lucy made cookies that were honestly too pretty to eat, but once we had one, they were too delicious to stop eating. Lucy was professional, quick, accommodating, and her cookies made for the best treat for the event. I will keep coming back to Lucy for future events, because her cookies are THAT beautiful and THAT good.

    From a wedding cake made with a recipe that has been passed down for generations to cookies that look like your dog for your guests to take home, Lucy is the one. Her work is beautiful, and it not only looks good, but it always tastes amazing. All of our guests still talk about our cake years later. She is so creative and patient. She listened to my 45,000 ideas about cakes and helped me narrow it down until we settled something that I absolutely loved. We received multiple commented from our other vendors (who she hadn't worked with before) on how professional and great she was to work with, and how her cake was one of the best they had ever had!
