Hello my name is Aquila. I am a self taught cake artist. I have experience of make art with cake since 2012. I am originally form southern California and moved to Dallas Texas about 5 years ago. I can wait to be apart of your special day.
I’m always looking to do the next big thing. I love a challenge and creating one of a kind cakes of art. I work together with my couples to make their vision come into real cake art form. The sky is the limit when it comes to creating your one of a kind wedding cake.

Please inquire about all cake orders as soon as possible. I can take bookings for cake 6-12 months in advance. It is a first come first serve bases. Recommended time to inquire for a cake is no later than 2 weeks in advance. There is time needed to prepare for cake orders. Any "LAST MINUTE ORDERS" that can be ordered ( if availability allows) may have an inconvenience fee depending on cake order.
If you are picking up your cake. Please keep in mind it is recommended to keep the cake on a flat surface (on the floor in the front passenger seat or on the front passenger seat with something to level the cake out flat). It is also recommended to have the air conditioner on?
Your cake should not be left out of the refrigerator for more than 2 hours. Refrigerate your cake immediately after pickup in your event is for a later time of the day. Do not keep your cake in the hot car or hot environment. Cake should be kept and on display in an air conditioned room.
Delivery is available for additional cost. Delivery up to 30 miles only. Any cake 3 tiers or larger is recommended to be delivered. All wedding cakes should be delivered as well.
You're more than welcome to pick your own cake. Please keep in mind, any cakes that are 3 tiers or larger should be delivered and not picked up. Wedding cakes should also be delivered and not picked up. If you choose to pick your own cake up WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damages to the cake once the cake is picked up.
If your event has been canceled or rescheduled please contact me as soon as possible. Cake deposits and payments are NONREFUDABLE. The payments can be applied to the same cake order for a later date if my availability allows. All changes to the date of event MUST be made 3 FULL DAYS in advance to allow adequate time to make necessary changes on my end.
If you want to make changes to the design or flavor of the cake please contact as soon as possible. If I have not made necessary purchases for a custom designed cake then changes will be allowed to be made. Again please contact as soon as possible to see if the changes can be made.
All cake orders will require a deposit (half of the full price) to be made upon ordering the cake. This saves the date for your cake order. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your event. You can make the full payment upon order your cake as well if you do not want to split payments up. Preferred payment is Cashapp ($Aquilaclark) or Venmo (@aquila-clark-1).
When making the payment please add a note including information about the order (Name-description of the cake- and the date of event.) Any payments made without a description or note attached may not be honored if I am not made aware of them in the timeframe needed to save your date.
I prefer using buttercream to cover the actual cake. All details are made out of fondant unless they are buttercream flowers. I do cover my cakes in fondant if it requires it for the design or is requested.
I love to do one of a kind artful cakes. If you have any inspirational pictures they will be taken into consideration when designing the cakes. A matter of fact I prefer to be given a theme or direction of color scheme or party theme to design the perfect cake for you.
All cake orders have a $150 minimum. So if you think of that the cost of the cake is roughly $150 a tier. Just to give you and idea of how much the cakes run. This is not an exact quote.
All cakes are different and certain details effect the cake price differently. The price of the cake can always be modified to your budget (within the $150 minimum). Please provide any concern and changes can be made for your budget.
