Hi! My name is Sophia Gouirand and I currently live in Orange County. I have been baking ever since I was a little girl satisfying the sweet tooth of my family and friends. I always had a passion for baking, but catering for my friend’s baby shower made me realize I wanted to turn baking into more than just a hobby. Baking gave me the fulfillment I could not find elsewhere.

In May of 2020, I quit my full-time job and made a career change. I formed my home bakery, Chochi’s Sweets, LLC with the support of my loved ones. I specialize in unique and custom decorated sugar cookies, cakes, and dessert tables for any occasion. I cannot wait to share my love of baked sweets with you all!     My family has ordered multiple customized cookies from Chochi’s for various occasions including bridal showers and baby showers. The cookies are always so delicious but the artwork and attention to details are amazing! She will work with you to customize your cookies and even if you give her ideas, she will always deliver beyond your expectations. Highly recommend and will continue to order from Chochi’s for my baby’s 1 year birthday celebration. Chochi’s cookies have made all of our events so special!

    I found Chochis Sweets on instagram when browsing for cake ideas for my upcoming wedding. I reached out on a limb and WOW I am so happy I did! Sophie was very accommodating and stayed patient with me even though I was being a complete control freak over every little detail (i was acting like a Bridezilla lol). She was able to bring my vision to life and exceeded! The mini cakes were DELICIOUS! We did a “his” and “hers” and what a success! My mother in law took several cakes back to FLORIDA (we got married in California) because they were so good! I’m very thankful to have found her and I appreciate her taking her time with me! Not once did I feel like I was just another order, her focus was on me and making me feel like I was special! 100000% recommend!

    Getting to know and work with Sophia has been an absolute pleasure. From our initial wedding cake consultation to the day of our wedding, Sophia was extremely communicative, kind and so fun to work with! Our cake was beautifully decorated and delicious. We ordered a 3-tier cake, each tier had a different flavor and each was exquisite. Sophia offered a cake tasting box prior to us making our final flavor selections, which we devoured quickly! I would highly recommend Chochi’s Sweets to anyone searching for a cake or other delicious desserts!

    I ordered cookies from Chochi’s Sweets for my event and when I discussed the decorating options was left confident that my vision would come to life. The cookies not only are works of art but also taste delicious/soft.
