Serving from our signature Sprinter van, we create a fun, inviting atmosphere where guests can stop by, hang out, and enjoy delicious frozen treats—including our signature S’mores Ice Cream Bars, finished with marshmallow fluff and torched to order. Chill Lil’s is all about great ice cream, happy guests, and adding a little something unexpected and memorable to your celebration.

    Incredible!!!

    Chill Lil’s is so much more than just delicious soft serve ice cream. It’s a reflection of the beautiful soul behind it. You can genuinely feel the love she puts into what she does. Such creative flavors! So yummy! Couldn’t recommend her enough! Such a fun addition to any celebration.

    S’more than a feeling

    I saw Chill Lil’s truck in the desert like a mirage. I went in thinking I’d have one s’mores bar like a respectable adult. Then I saw the menu and decided I should probably try all options. Did I end up curled in the fetal position under a picnic table? Yes. Was it so good I would do it again? Without a doubt. The only thing better than the s’mores bar was coincidently wearing pants with a stretchy waist band. Ice cream 10/10. Chill Lil as a human 11/10. ** In retrospect this should be a missed connection on not having found my self-control. **

    Incredible booking experience!!

On our wedding day, her setup was seamless and convenient, so we didn't have to stress about anything—she handled all the details.     The Best Ice Cream I've Had

    Working with Chill Lil's was a game-changer for our Hi-Dez Bocce Tournament event. What really set them apart was the quality of their desserts—the s'mores ice cream sandwiches they created were genuinely the best I've ever had, and their entire menu offered unique flavors at fair prices. They stayed engaged the whole day, making sure everything ran smoothly.     The Star of the Show

    Chills was the star of the show at the High Desert Bocce Tournament in Pioneertown! Lil has such fun, positive energy, and her ice cream truck was the perfect addition to a hot desert day. The s’mores ice cream bar was incredible — vanilla ice cream dipped in chocolate, rolled in graham cracker, topped with marshmallow, and torched right in front of you for that crispy brûléed top. She also had refreshing lemon sorbet served in lemon rinds and nostalgic cherry-pineapple bomb pops. The whole setup is super cute, polished, and thoughtfully designed with a vintage red, white and blue ice cream-shop vibe. Such a fun experience, and I really hope to see Chills at more events soon. I’m already ready for another s’mores bar!
