We are a small batch, custom cookie bakery. Every one of our cookies are thoughtfully designed and individually handcrafted. Our cookies are in our Signature Vanilla flavor, with that extra Vanilla creaminess from single-sourced organic Ugandan vanilla bean powder by The Sweetest Bean. Our cookies are rolled to 3/8" and baked to a perfect chewy texture. ALL of our cookies comes heat sealed to retain its freshness.

    Excellent cookies!

    Allie baked us cookies for our engagement party, and they were (I cannot stress this enough) PERFECT. We are having our wedding in Italy, so I asked her to design some cookies with that in mind, and she nailed it! She made us 3 different cookie designs - one with an outline of Italy, another with an olive branch theme, and some with our initials on them. I asked for a neutral color pallet, and she mixed up the perfect icing. I've ordered cookies before and they were fine, they were cute, but honestly, no one ever really wanted to eat them because they really didn't taste all that great. Allie, on the other hand, has perfected her cookie recipe. Her cookies are not only beautiful, but they are so incredibly delicious!! I cannot recommend Bakin Allie enough for your next event, whether it be a wedding, engagement party, baby shower or anything else. Her creativity seems endless and her quality is unmatched. On top of all that, she was incredibly communicative, shared her ideas from the get go, and delivered our cookies in a perfect package! You won't regret having Bakin Allie for your next party.

Each one of our orders are custom designed to match your colors, aesthetics, and theme. We do not offer "cookie cutter" options rather tailor each cookie to fit you and your partner's vision.
Designated pick up is located in Northeast Denver (about 15min south of the airport). Delivery is considered for orders over $400, additional fee applies!
Bakin' Allie operates under CO Cottage Food Laws and is not licensed by the state. We are Food Handler Training Certified. All products are produced in a home kitchen that is not subject to state licensure or inspection and that may also process common food allergens such as tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, wheat, milk, fish, and crustacean shellfish

We suggest 1 -2 standard cookie (3-3.5") per guest or 2-3 mini cookies (2") per person.
Samples may be purchased for $24 and come with 2 cookies in each of our flavor (Vanilla Bean, Chocolate Vanilla, Snickerdoodle Vanilla). Each of the 6 cookies will be simply iced with our Signature Vanilla Soft Bite Royal Icing with no designs.
Each one of our cookies are individually heat sealed. Ribbons, boxes, tags, etc may be added for an additional fee.
Our cookies stay fresh for up to 2 weeks in the original heat sealed bags at room temperature. Cookie freshness can be extended for at least 2 months if frozen in an airtight container (We can provide you with freezing instructions). Never refrigerate cookies!
