My name is Ericka McAvaddy, I am an insured home baker based in Clearwater, Florida. I started baking three years ago when I wanted to learn how to make a layered cake for daughter's first birthday. I fell in love with the process of creating a cake from start to finish and what you can do with just buttercream. Decorating with florals is my favorite especially for wedding cakes! I am open to any and all designs. This includes minimalist modern to full glam!

What sets me apart is my attention to detail. I want every part of the cake to WOW you and your guests. I take pride in my work from the flavor of the cake to the cakes design. I only take on a couple of weddings each week. I do this so I am able to give you and your cake/desserts my full attention. I pride myself on being budget friendly. I work with all budgets. I will do my best to create a cake or desserts that fit your needs. I want to make your dream wedding cake a reality!

Description

This package is perfect for the couple that wants a beautiful statement cake, but is having a mini wedding of 25 to 50 people or less. Pricing starts at $250 for a small two tiered cake.

Grand Wedding Package

Price$500

Description

This package is perfect for the couple that is having an extravagant wedding with a guest count of 100 or more and they would like a three to four tiered wedding cake. Pricing starts at $500 for a small 3 tiered cake, $700 for a small 4 tiered cake. For a large 3 or 4 tiered cake (4 layers each tier) add $50 to the base price.

When you work with Adela & Co. Bakery, you are not just ordering a cake; you are getting a whole experience. We take a limited number of orders each week which means we are able to provide you with one-on-one customer service. We are able to focus solely on your order to ensure we tailor your cake design to your events theme along with perfecting our most popular cake flavors.
We take no more than two orders a week as we are a one person show. Our calendar fills up quickly, so we recommend placing your order at least two to three weeks in advance for a custom cake and sweet treats and six to twelve months in advance for wedding cakes.
We specialize in bespoke buttercream cakes. We prefer a modern and minimalist cake style, but that does not mean we will shy away from a more dramatic cake style. We are inspired by other cake artists, but we do not replicate their work as each cake artists hand is different. We love to create our own design for your event’s theme.
Not every party or get together needs a custom cake so we have created signature cakes. These cakes are pre-determined flavors and the design cannot be changed. Orders for signature cakes require at least a 72 hour notice if we have availability. A custom cake is just that, completely custom. You are able to pick your design, flavor, and cake size. Pricing for our custom cakes start at $75.00.
Adela & Co. Bakery is a home based bakery. We have strict cross-contamination guidelines, but we cannot guarantee that our products are 100% free of allergens. Our products are not vegan or gluten free unless you request it. In the case of an extreme allergy or medical condition, we will refer you to a bakery that is better suited to handle food allergies.
We are located in Clearwater, Florida 33756. We are between Turner St. and Indiana Ave.
Our pick up windows are based on appointment only. Once your order is paid in full we will provide you with our address for pick up. We reserve Sunday’s as our day off and for family. If your event is on a Sunday you can pick up on Saturday. The only exception to this is for weddings. Our pick up windows are the following. Weekdays: 4pm to 6pm. Weekends: 8am to 10am or 2pm to 5pm.
We do deliver based on our order availability. Due to the rising gas prices there is a $1.50 per mile charge from zip code 33756. We reserve Sunday’s as our day off and for family. We do not deliver on Sunday’s.
