Happiness 101 creates custom cakes and cupcakes in 101 baked from scratch flavor options. I believe taste and appearance are equally important when it comes to cake. I also believe the wedding cake and/or desserts are one of the most important components of a wedding reception. Many guests say "I'm here for the cake!" in jest, but there is definitely some truth behind that statement.

I come from generations of professional bakers and chefs. I've been baking since childhood. After hearing from family and friends all of my life that this is what I'm meant to do, I decided to give it a go and started Happiness 101 in 2015. Currently at eight years strong, business is booming and I'm quite proud to say that I've converted quite a few of the "I'm not a cake person" types to some of my biggest fans and supporters. However, as an alternative to tiered wedding cakes, I also do tiered cookie and brownie cakes too.

    Andrea did the most wonderful job bringing my idea to life. She also meticulously set up the cake tier-by-tier and decorated it on-site well before guests were set to arrive. Our statement burgundy tier looked great in contrast to the neutral and semi-naked colors. She also had extra flowers and made the me (bride) a last-minute bouquet, and my daughter & niece smaller versions of it. We loved the cake and can’t wait for our anniversary to indulge again!
