The Phoenix Traveling Trailer began with a simple idea: create something fun and meaningful while helping save for our grandson Phoenix’s future college education. When we had the opportunity to purchase a refurbished 1970s horse trailer bar in 2023, we took the chance and The Phoenix Traveling Trailer was born. What started as a family project has grown into a mobile bartending business serving Troy, Dayton, and the Miami Valley. Today, we provide professional bartending for weddings, graduations, private parties, corporate events, and more, with or without the trailer. At the heart of it all is still the little boy who inspired our name and our journey. Family built. Celebration ready. 🔥

    The Phoenix bartenders are the absolute BEST there is! We didn’t even use the trailer, as our venue wasn’t too feasible for it, but they still agreed to serve for us and rock it out! They were incredibly attentive to everyone’s beverage needs and are part of why our special day was amazing as we imagined. (Jen and Katie even brought their ‘Bar’ sign to further decorate our beautiful barn venue) They are who you need serving at your next party!

    We hired the Phoenix for our wedding and they were phenomenal! Jen and Katie not only took care of our guests, but they also checked on us multiple times throughout the reception to see if we needed our drinks refreshed. Jen even grabbed us some food and had it waiting at the table for us to enjoy when we were done dancing! They went above and beyond and helped make sure our wedding was stress-free and fun!

We are based out of Troy, Ohio and serve north Dayton and the surrounding Miami Valley areas. There is a travel fee of $2 per mile beyond a 25 mile radius of Troy.
We are a “dry bar” which means we can’t actually purchase the alcohol since we don’t have a liquor license, but we can serve whatever you want/purchase. We can help you plan the amount of drinks you’ll need, if you need help with that! We will provide cups, napkins, and ice (up to 5 bags).
The trailer measurements are: L = 12 ft W = 84.5 in / 7 ft 1 in Height = 92 in / 7 ft 8 in
Yes, we require a $100 nonrefundable deposit to reserve the date.
We recommend meeting 2 times after reserving our services. These can be phone calls or in person meetings. One meeting will focus on finalizing the drink options and helping with the total amounts needed. One will go over final venue and wedding logistics.
No, we are a dry bar service, meaning we do not have a liquor license and cannot purchase the drinks. You will provide the alcohol, with our help to determine the total needed for your specific wedding drink menu.
