The Bar Cincy offers a variety of services for all occasions: Mobile Bar Trailer, Mobile Pop-up Bar, Mimosas and Mocktails, Coffee and Cocoa, Cocktail Bar, Happy Hour, and more! We are available for public and private events, celebrations, seasonal festivals and more! Our staff of experienced bartenders are well known professionals from various establishments around the city. If you recognize them, say hello! Mocktail Mama
This mama wanted mocktails and The Bar Cincy made it happen! If you are pregnant and planning a baby shower, I'm telling you, hire The Bar, you won't regret it. They totally made the party! Their mocktails were SO good and I loved the fun baby themed names! I honestly forgot they didn’t have alcohol! It felt fancy! Everything was beautifully presented with fun garnishes. They even made me a custom sparkling mocktail called The Baby Bump (so cute!) that everyone loved. The bartenders were super friendly and made sure everyone had a blast with non-alcoholic versions of classic cocktails. Seriously, they made the whole day feel extra special, and I can't recommend them enough!

My wife and I hired The Bar Cincy for our son's graduation party. It was great! We had the whole family and all of his friends in attendance. The Bar had drinks for the underage and the of age folks. They were easy to work with and the price was great. It was nice to not have to plan or man this part of the party.

We hired The Bar as our mobile bar vendor for our wedding, and it was one of the best decisions we made! From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, fun, and easy to work with. The team made sure everything ran smoothly, and they tailored the drink menu to fit our preferences and theme perfectly. Our guests were blown away by the variety of mocktails and cocktails, and everyone kept raving about how delicious and unique the drinks were. The setup was gorgeous and added such a stylish touch to our outdoor reception—it truly tied everything together. The bartenders were friendly, engaging, and kept the energy high all night long. They made sure everyone was well taken care of, and it felt like they were just as invested in our big day as we were. OMG, you guys! I just had to take a moment to give The Bar Cincy a shout out after they provided the best time at my bridal shower, and trust me, if you’re newly engaged, you NEED to book them for your wedding or any event ASAP! First off, let me just say how amazing it was to have a mobile bar at my shower. The vibe was instantly giving fancy, and my guests were impressed by the drinks all day! They offered mocktails, which was perfect because not everyone enjoys the bubbly. And speaking of bubbles, they crafted my absolute favorite cocktail, “The Blushing Bride,” which was not only delicious but super Insta-worthy! The bartenders were so friendly and made everyone feel like a million bucks. I called them my hype girls all day lol. It was so nice to see them interacting with my guests, pouring drinks, and keeping the party going. They really know how to create a fun and festive atmosphere! Now, I’m even more excited to have The Bar Cincy at my wedding this fall! Knowing they’ll be there just makes the planning so much easier.
