The Gathering Trailer

Working with The Gathering Trailer was truly one of the highlights of our event. We booked The Perfect Gathering package, which was, well… perfect. From the very beginning, Caitlin brought such thoughtfulness, creativity, and care to every detail. It felt like she completely understood our vision and then elevated it in ways we hadn’t even imagined. The trailer itself is absolutely stunning and became an instant focal point. Guests naturally gathered around it all night, creating this effortless, beautiful energy that made everything feel more connected and special. The drinks were incredible (the cocktails and mocktails were such a hit), but what stood out most was how intentional and seamless the entire experience felt. Caitlin has this rare ability to combine high-level execution with a warm, personal touch. Everything felt polished yet relaxed, elevated yet inviting, and we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. If you’re looking for something that will truly set your event apart and create an unforgettable atmosphere, The Gathering Trailer is it. We’re already trying to find a reason to book it again.

I did a lot of research and landing on working with Caitlin and The Gathering Trailer was one of the best decisions we made. She was not only incredibly organized and detail-oriented, but also genuinely caring and supportive throughout the entire process. Planning a wedding is always going to have some challenging moments, especially when there is a difficult mother of the groom involved, but, she handled everything with so much grace, patience, and professionalism. The themes she created felt truly customized just for us. She kept things calm, advocated for us, and made a stressful situation feel manageable. On the wedding day, everything was seamless. We were able to truly relax and be present, knowing she had everything under control. I can’t recommend enough. We are so grateful for everything she did to make our day so special.

She is a one stop shop for truly making a theme and every little detail come together.
