The Dream Bar

Mobile bar rentals and bartending in Naples and Southwest Florida. A pink VW, a little sparkle, and a bar everyone remembers—for weddings, private parties and corporate events. You bring the alcohol; we bring the bar experience.

Choose the setup that fits your celebration: our Mini Pink Bar, Champagne Cart, or pink VW Bus. We pair a memorable look with professional bartending and help plan your alcohol shopping list. You purchase the alcohol directly. Every event is quoted for its date, venue, guest count, service hours and extras; Bus return is planned for February 2027, subject to confirmation.

Description

Planned return: February 2027; please ask us to confirm your date. Vintage charm for outdoor celebrations. Starting at $1,850 for up to 60 guests: one professional bartender, 4 service hours, 30 travel miles, 2 hours setup and 1 hour breakdown, plus TV and HDMI. Extra service hours $200; travel beyond 30 miles starts at $0.99/mile. Additional bartender starts at $350. You purchase the alcohol; final staffing and extras are quoted individually.

Champagne Cart Welcome — 2 Hours

Price$500

Description

A sparkling welcome for weddings, showers and receptions. From $500 for 2 hours and up to 100 guests, with the Champagne Cart and one bartender. Standard mixers and ice, garnishes, disposable cups, setup, breakdown and an alcohol shopping list are included. You purchase the alcohol. Travel, additional staffing and custom extras are quoted separately; availability is confirmed personally.

    The Dream Bar was such a hit at my event! The adorable vintage VW bar brought the cutest, most fun vibes — it instantly became a focal point and guests couldn’t stop talking about it (or taking photos!). It added such a unique, stylish touch that made everything feel extra special and memorable. Beyond the aesthetic, the service was amazing. The Champagne Cart starts at $500 for a 2-hour welcome or $750 for 4 hours, for up to 100 guests. The Mini Pink Bar starts at $950 for 4 hours and up to 60 guests. The Pink VW Bus starts at $1,850 for 4 hours and up to 60 guests; its planned return is February 2027, subject to confirmation. You purchase the alcohol. You bring the liquor — we bring the pink. The Dream Bar is a dry-hire mobile bar: you purchase and own the alcohol, and we provide the bar experience. We help you plan with a custom alcohol shopping list built for your guest count and menu.
Your starting package includes your chosen bar, bus, or cart, one professional bartender, bar tools and equipment, standard mixers and ice, garnishes, cups, napkins, straws, setup and teardown, and a custom alcohol shopping list. Additional staffing, travel and custom extras may cost more.
Reach out as soon as you have a date, especially for weddings, holidays, and weekend celebrations. We'll check availability and talk through your plans. An inquiry does not hold a date; a 50% non-refundable deposit secures it once your booking is confirmed.
The 50% deposit is non-refundable because we reserve your date and turn away other events. The remaining balance is due before your event; we confirm the exact due date when you book. If weather becomes a problem for an outdoor setup, we'll work with you to reschedule based on availability.
Our dry-hire service is hosted by you; we do not sell alcohol to guests. Please tell us about your event and venue requirements so we can plan the right service.
You purchase and own the alcohol directly. Our quote covers bar rental and service, not alcohol purchases or resale. We'll help with a shopping list so you can buy your bottles at store prices.
We build a custom shopping list around your guest count, service hours, drink menu, and preferences. Tell us what you would like to serve and how many guests you expect, and we'll help you plan quantities.
It belongs to you. During planning, let us know who should receive the remaining bottles and where you want them left after service. Ask your retailer about its policy for returning unopened bottles.
We're based in Naples and serve Southwest Florida celebrations. The Pink Bus package includes 30 miles of travel; travel beyond that starts at $0.99 per mile. Send your venue location so we can confirm availability and any travel fees for your chosen setup.
