Sunday House Collective

Founder

We are an event design and hospitality studio based in Virginia offering event planning and production services and pop-up bar experiences including elevated cocktail bars, hot cocoa bars, and popsicles seasonally. While we do not plan weddings, we are happy to pour at them!

Before Sunday House, we developed and operated high end boutique hotels and produced events for top tier brands like Goop, Jenni Kayne and Target, from Los Angeles and New York to Napa and Tulum. We bring that same hotel-level hospitality to your bar service: warm, polished service and drinks made right every time. Our bar packages include a styled bar, setup and breakdown, and one bartender for every 50 guests, and our zero-proof bar means every guest can be included. We’re based in Richmond and Virginia Beach and are happy to travel.

The Cocoa Bar | 25 to 150+ Guests

Description

Our Cocoa Bar brings a beautifully styled, fully attended hot chocolate experience to your event. Designed for intimate gatherings with a minimum of 25 guests to larger soirees of up to 300, our packages include our signature house-made cocoa (with premium ingredients), seasonal flavors, festive toppings, and a dedicated host to take care of every detail.

Our Beer & Wine Bar brings effortless hospitality to your celebration, with packages starting at $600 for up to 50 guests. Enjoy four hours of service with a beautifully styled mobile bar and a dedicated professional bartender. We'll provide a personalized alcohol shopping list so you can select your favorite pours while we take care of service. Larger gatherings of 150+ guests can be accommodated with additional bartending staff. Alcohol is purchased separately by the host.

    SO GOOD

    I had a feeling the hot cocoa bar would be cute - but I was NOT expecting it to steaaaalllll the show. The salted caramel - chefs kiss! The whole setup looked like it popped right out of a holiday magazine. Everyone was obsessed, including the adults who claimed they didn't even like hot chocolate. Honestly - if you're thinking about booking it, just do it - you won't regret it!

    Premium Service, Exceptional Quality

    From our first conversation with Sunday House Collective, we knew they understood our vision. My wife and I wanted to recreate the hot cocoa date where we first bonded, and they brought that memory to life at our wedding with a stunning hot cocoa bar that guests couldn’t get enough of. Their communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire planning process, and on the day of our wedding, the execution was flawless. The team showed real attention to detail in how they set up and ran the bar, making it feel both creative and upscale. We can't recommend Sunday House Collective enough for anyone looking to add something truly special to their wedding.

    The best!

    I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sunday House! We reserved the Cocoa Bar at our party, and it was an absolute dream. The setup was stunning, the hot chocolate was genuinely delicious (we even ordered their custom house blend in their adorable tin cans for holiday gifting), and our guests kept going back for more. What I loved most was the level of hospiltaity they provided. Arielle and Sam truly went above and beyond. I actually got to enjoy my own party! It was such a special touch, and I would book them again in a heartbeat.
