We had the absolute pleasure of working with Vincenzo from Scarlett Sips for an evening event at our horse farm, and he exceeded every expectation. He arrived with a gorgeous white bar setup, complete with décor that perfectly complemented our rustic vibe. Vincenzo crafted signature cocktails using ingredients grown right in our own garden—like fresh mint and basil—which made the experience so personal and memorable. Not only were the drinks phenomenal (and unforgettable!), but Vincenzo was incredibly professional, attentive, and accommodating in bringing our vision to life. He even offered beautifully crafted mocktail versions for our non-drinkers, which was such a thoughtful touch. Whether you’re planning a private party at home or a large-scale celebration like ours on a 60-acre farm, I cannot recommend Vincenzo and Scarlett Sips enough. He is the perfect addition to any event and will leave your guests raving about the drinks and the experience.

Elevating Your Party

We hired Scarlett Sips as a wow factor to take our backyard birthday party to the next level. I was a little hesitant because it’s a new company, but the owner, Vincenzo, is very professional with well over a decade of experience behind the bar and easy to work with. The process was as seamless and hands free as it could be; we quickly chatted beforehand about the event and the guests and he took care of the rest. He customized a drink menu, decorated in line with the party theme (thanks Bianca!), and handled any ad-hoc requests day of. He doesn’t just mix rum with coke or gin with tonic - he spends the time to prepare and mix a variety of fresh ingredients and flavors that were perfect and refreshing for a hot summer afternoon. Our party featured plenty of watermelon, cucumber, and citrus flavors blended together from scratch. He made drinks that looked and tasted delicious. Guests of all ages enjoyed his refreshing menu. He took care of all the prep beforehand and was set up and ready to go well before any guests arrived. We had enough to deal with organizing the rest of the party - I’m thankful that he took care of the drinks - everything included from ice to cups to ingredients!

We hired Vincenzo for our grand opening event at our store, and he truly exceeded our expectations. He created incredible drinks using products we sell in the store, and his creativity absolutely blew us away. Each cocktail was not only delicious but thoughtfully named to reflect our store and the products we carry, which made the experience even more special. His attention to detail, professionalism, and passion for what he does made our event even more exciting for our guests. We couldn’t have been happier with his service and are so grateful we had him there. We cannot wait to work with him again for our next event!

Vincenzo and his team were the talk of our entire pre-wedding event! To this day people still are raving about his drinks! He was so communicative from the beginning, during, and even after the event. He made sure his drinks went with our Indian theme and absolutely killed it! Just wow. Exceptional cocktail mixers with top-notch flavors for every season. I have never been disappointed. Everything I’ve tried has been consistently delicious, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality. You can tell a lot of care goes into the products. Vincenzo is so professional and really puts a lot of thought into what he does. Highly recommend!!!
