    I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about Mixed Moments! From beginning to end, the experience was absolutely wonderful. They helped make our wedding day everything we hoped it would be and more. Everything came together beautifully, and I truly appreciate the time, effort, patience, and attention to detail that went into making our special day so memorable. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but having people who genuinely care about making sure things are right makes such a huge difference. I felt supported, heard, and taken care of throughout the process. Thank you, Mixed Moments, for being a part of one of the most important days of our lives.     Mixed Moments came to our pool party this year and they did an amazing job! They were very professional and arrived 2 hours early to set up. They were easy to schedule and great to worth with. I will be using their services again! Highly recommend for upscale events.

    Phenomenal service from start to finish! We recently hired Mixed Moments for our party, and they exceeded all expectations. Our bartender and attendant, Jessica, was absolutely incredible. She was attentive, professional, and handled everything flawlessly, allowing us to truly enjoy the celebration without worrying about a thing.     Nikea and her team are amazing! They made a custom bar front for our wedding and made every detail so special. They provided quality drinks for our guests and kept lines to a minimum. She met with us ahead of time to ensure by detail was correct and ensured our wedding day didn’t have any issues. We would use the 100 times over!

Our packages may include professional RAMP certified bartenders, premium customizable mobile bar, bar tools, setup and breakdown, coolers, ice, mixers, garnishes, cups, napkins, and a customized beverage menu. Inclusions vary by package, and we’ll provide a detailed proposal based on your guest count and event needs. General and Liquor Liability insurance is included.
We offer [dry-hire service/client-provided alcohol]. When you are supplying the alcohol, we’ll provide a customized shopping list so you know exactly what and how much to purchase—no guessing at the liquor store! PA state regulations do not allow mobile bar companies to purchase or transport alcohol.
Yes. Our bartenders are professionally trained, and our business carries [general and liquor liability insurance]. We can provide proof of insurance or a certificate of insurance if your venue requires one.
Absolutely! We can design signature cocktails that complement your theme, personalities, favorite flavors, or wedding colors. Mocktail versions can also be created so every guest has something special to enjoy.
Yes. We can serve elevated mocktails, soft drinks, juices, infused water, and other alcohol-free options. We’re happy to create an inclusive menu for guests who do not drink alcohol.
We recommend booking as soon as your date and venue are confirmed, especially for spring, summer, and fall weddings. Your date is officially reserved once the signed agreement and retainer have been received.
Yes. We begin with a consultation to discuss your vision, guest count, beverage preferences, and service needs. [Tastings are available for an additional fee/included with select packages.]
