    Wonderful working with Illume!!

    Chris and Kristin were absolutely wonderful to work with for our wedding. In meetings, they were great at explaining all the options we had to best bring our vision to life. We don't just rent items; we design atmospheres. While standard rental companies drop off gear, ILLUME is a full-service production house. We combine professional lighting design, architectural draping, and custom fabrication to transform your venue. Plus, our team handles the complete installation and management of the design, ensuring every light and fabric fold is perfect.
Yes! This is our specialty. Unlike many vendors who are limited to their current inventory, we have an in-house Decor Fabrication team. Whether you envision a custom seating chart, a unique bar facade, or a specific ceremony arch, we can design and build it from scratch to match your exact vision.
Absolutely. We believe in visualizing the transformation. For our bespoke design clients, we provide creative consultation, digital mood boards, and often floor plan sketches or renderings. We want you to feel confident in exactly how the lighting and decor will transform your space before the big day arrives.
To ensure the highest level of detail and production quality, our full-service bespoke design typically begins at $1,500. However, for select partner venues in the Pittsburgh area, we are often able to offer curated design packages under this minimum. Please inquire with your venue name to discuss the possibilities!
Always. Our designs often involve complex rigging, electrical work, and heavy construction. Every booking includes professional delivery, installation, and retrieval by the ILLUME team. We return at the end of the night to strike the decor, so you and your family can head straight to the after-party without lifting a finger.
